Al Puig, founder of Northstar Signs & Neon, Inc., began his career as a graphic artist in 1974 at Western Union International, Inc. in New York City. He wrote and designed the operator's manual for the rst "Computerized Telecommunications Terminal" while in charge of special projects. He has over 40 years of hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, as well as management.

We are proud to have Sal Giannotta of Neon Designs as part of our Northstar family. Sal is a true craftsman with over a half a century of experience. He specializes in manufacturing both standard and custom neon signs. Together we design and fabricate hand crafted interior, exterior, and decorative lighting solutions.

Repaired a neon sign with high sentimental value and made it look like the day it was gifted to the family. I highly recommend Northstar because they were timely with their repairs, really good with follow-up communication (Ariana is right on top of the e-mails), and pleasant to work with. Great job!!

Boaters Beware graphic Bait and switch scam at this place. You pick a font after they tell you your design and font have no fees. Then charge you $80.00 for a font fee. The worst part is they lie to you about the price until your final print is ready and you love the design. So disappointed in this company.

Had two signs made from North Star and each experience was absolutely amazing and pleasant. Ariana was so nice & helpful,. She helped expedite what I needed and even did all the work to put the design together. They are truly talented & experienced in what they do. I will use them again and again without any hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality work. They even deliver & install the signs up themselves.

I had bad experience dealing with these people. Someone from their company came to take measurements of the truck and said someone will call me back with an estimate. After a couple of days no one got back to me so I called several times and no one can help. After two weeks I gave up on the estimate. It was a complete waste of my time, not only were the customer representatives incompetent but also rude, like if its my fault they cant do their job and get back to me like they said they would.
