Dr. Richer and Dr. Rivera are amazing. I was once terrified of coming to the dentist office because of horrible experiences with past dentists. Thanks to Dr. Richer I no longer fear going to the dentist. He explains everything very well, is thorough, and takes very good care of you. Wendy and the front desk staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home.

R & R Dental is by far the best dentist office around! Their service is impeccable! They have state of the art equipment! I even got a chair massage while getting my dental work done.
Nikki is the best hygienist!!! I have very sensitive teeth and she always remembers and handles me with care.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. I was introduced to Dr. Richer when they first opened the practice over a decade ago. Him and his wife have always been really professional and honest with my dental needs. The staff is just as amazing. Sara is one of the staff members that work at the front and she’s usually the first person you’re greeted with upon entering the office. She’s always so friendly and helps with making the process so seamless!

I really look forward to my visits at R & R Dental. Even after my wife and I moved further out on the island, we never thought of going anywhere else for our dental care. Dr. Richer and Nikki are always so friendly and caring. The office is impeccably clean and updated. Thier new heated massage dental chairs are amazing (I almost fell asleep getting my teeth cleaned today). If you're not going to R&R dental, you are going to the wrong dentist!

They explain the pros and the cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment, the office is so clean and modern. I have been coming to R and R dental for several years. I can not speak highly enough of them. The office is immaculate. They truly valuable your time as you are never waiting long to get called in. I have been coming to R+R Dental for years. Even though I moved from Queens to Westchester, I continue to make the trek because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mouth, teeth, gums, etc. The office is state of the art with massage/heated chairs and extremely professional. Hygienists are awesome (especially Nikki and Wendy) and the dentists always make sure to thoroughly review your history, and talk over what is being done and any recommendations. Will continue to trust my mouth to R+R.

Wendy and the whole staff are super friendly and make u feel comfortable during your whole visit! They have tv's in each room for your own convenience. Very clean office and nicely organized. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rivera for about ten years. She does exquisite work with a light touch; she is thorough, conscientious and considerate. Nikki, her Dental Hygienist, is the best I have ever had and all the staff are very professional, skilled, considerate and friendly. Rivera explains everything without making you feel pressured to get everything done all at once. The office is clean and modern with state-of-the-art technology, using oral cameras and 3-D printing of crowns in minutes. My son sees Rivera's husband Dr.

Stop reading this review and book an appointment with R&R Dental now! My hygienist, Michelle, was awesome! Totally explained everything thoroughly. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Had the best cleaning of my life! Totally pain free - and I’ve NEVER said that before about any other dentist I went to. I wasn’t expecting how up to date their technology is! X-rays and pictures were taken and they showed me everything right on the large screen TV in my room immediately. Dr. Rivera went through everything clearly and what my recommended treatment options were. Fantastic staff - all friendly

I was using R+R for many years, recently the office staff has become rude and harassing. They constantly call you to move appointments, convenient for them. The last time I went through this exercise, trying to accommodate them, I said yes and then called back later that day to change back and they DEMANDED a no show fee. That is enough for me to go somewhere else. Service has gone downhill since they have expanded. This is my experience and my opinion. If you like to be harassed by text, email and obnoxious office staff, this is the place.

This place is magic. Dr Rivera and the whole team are friendly and patient. If it wasn't for Dr Rivera I wouldn't have discovered a benign tumor in my jaw. She is thorough and wonderful to deal with. She helped me through my entire process of picking the right oral surgeon to do the work and even followed up with me post surgery to see how I was feeling.
I referred my fiancé and I would refer a million more!
Oh and watching fixer upper while getting fixed up is awesome too.

After being afraid and not having been to the dentist for ten years, I finally went to R&R Dental in 2013. I have been going there now for the past five years, and I cannot say enough good things about them! The office is very clean, modern, well equipped, and pleasant. The staff are all wonderful, especially Nikki and Dr. Rivera. Nikki is the sweetest, and Dr. Rivera is extremely patient! My whole family now goes here, and we couldn't be happier. R&R is the best and highly recommended!

I would not even give one star to this practice.
I was mislead by a receptionist prior to my visit about the cost of a temporary cap.
When I arrived, that price doubled, sticking me with
an office visit and X-ray charges, but no fixed chip.
I did not want an X-ray, or extra dental work, but a smooth talking Dr. Rivera finessed it into a 2k quote.
When I tried to make an appointment for two weeks later to complete the procedure, I was denied.
Guess if you're from out of town, no insurance, you're screwed.
The quote I got over the phone was $228 dollars.
