Grant signs has been very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have had two small boards replaced in our sign (part defect by another vendor) in a timely fashion. Phone calls and emails are always returned professionally and promptly. They have been very gracious with our learning curve, as we navigate the program used to create eye catching messages. Design and installation couldn't have been any more pleasant -- we LOVE our Grant Sign!

This company is a joke! Their new address is actually: 2810 Syene Rd. Madison, WI 53713.
As a business owner myself, I was shocked and disappointed with how they do business and communicate= non existent (unless they're looking for payment).
Long story short, they did not provide us with all the tools we needed to truly visualize what we were paying for. Everything was on flat paper which trust me, does not look anything close to how it turns out in person.
