The Obagi Nuderm 5 product I received from them smelled awful & did not work. They don't grant any refunds or exchanges and refuse to display my 1-star review of the product (tried to post it on two separate occasions). I have serious doubts regarding the integrity of this company, especially after reading other reviews claiming the inauthenticity of products. Will never buy from them again.

I do have to disagree with the negative reviews. Their prices are great, they ship out very quickly, and I receive my items within a few days. They're extremely communicative when I do reach out to them and are very helpful. Their products are also genuine in a sealed package. I have ordered several products from them the last 6 months, 3 separate orders. I have no issues with Skinmedix and will continue to order from them.

I purchased Cosmetic Skin Solutions Vitamin C 20% with Ferulic acid recently.
First, I will say they shipped the product quickly.
I had never used the product before, so when I smelled it, I became concerned it was expired, especially after reading all the bad reviews on Yelp. I went to their website and filled out their contact form. I also messaged them on Facebook. Seventy-two hours later, no response. So I contacted them again on their website. They finally got back with me later on in the afternoon and explained the product smell is normal. Kind of like bacon or ham.

FAKE PRODUCTS!!!
This company is NOT an authorized dealer of anything they show. Their products are not guaranted. I tried a SkinMedica product and it was horrible. They would not refund me my money. I contacted Skin Medica and they told me they are not authorized to sell their products. Their products also have no expiration date and the packaging has been tampered. Customer service doesn't exist with them either. They won't take your calls.

Great products Unfortunately, terrible customer service. When you try to call customer service, you get recording that no one is available or it's after hours. They do not return messages either. Also, if you send them an email, they do not return reply either -- even though they say your message will be responded to within 24 hours. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Do not use this website! I tried to contact them regarding a defective product and I get forwarded to voicemail. They won't respond back. I should have read the reviews before making a purchase since it was not cheap. They should know better because their poor customer ethics is going to catch up with them soon and they will go out of business.

Do NOT use this company!! I have contacted SkinMedix with an online request AND called & left messages but with no response to my concern. I ordered 3 items & one was defective in that upon opening the tube of eye cream is not sealed at the bottom so product is dried up & bad. I need a replacement or credit passed & am not able to get any response. Product was expensive. I since see many, many BAD reviews on SkinMedix with similar issues from other disgruntled customers. They do not answer their phone or return messages so you will lose your money!!
