Michelle Cabret-Carlotti, MD, DDS is an extremely educated and even more highly regarded Cosmetic Surgeon with a diverse and unique background. Born on an Air Force Base in Puerto Rico to parents that worked for the Department of Defense (DOD), she spent her childhood in a foreign country for 8 1/2 - 9 months out of every year including Japan, Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
Roshana Lazaar has been in the medical field for well over 10 years. Graduating from UTSA with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology in 2011, she spent the first near decade in pediatrics. She has found a passion for cosmetic surgery, injectables, laser, and dermato-corrective skin treatments.
Dr. Albert Carlotti is a second generation surgeon. Since the age of 14 he wanted to become a craniofacial surgeon to perform complex facial reconstructive surgery. He earned his BA from the University of Vermont, Doctorate of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland and then attended UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX earning his Medial Degree in 1998.
This facility and the staff here are wonderful. The people are always super friendly and professional. They take time to get to know you and will answer all of your questions. No one has ever said anything to me that could be perceived as judgmental. I have gone in multiple times with questions about skincare that were unrelated to my procedure and they have been very helpful.

The new facility is stunning. I had a procedure with Doctor Albert a couple years ago (labiaplasty and breast implants) that changed my life! I am so much more confident in my self and still love my results to this day. I came to their new facility last week to get Botox with their nurse Kim. She was easy to get along with and very efficient with injecting. I recommend this place for your cosmetic needs.

I've been looking for a new injector and have been skeptical about going to anyone new because I haven't had the best luck. A good friend of mine referred me to The Carlotti Center and I can't say enough good things about the office, staff and service I received! Dr carlotti and his wife Michelle are an amazing team and amazing work. They totally transformed my body. I got a mommy makeover done and am more than happy with the results. Went and received Kybella under my chin . Must express how Beyond unsatisfied the results are. Worse then before. when Discussing the results I was completely dismissed she was quick to change the topic on me. Truly felt as if it was just about the money and not the results. I will never go to this doctor again for any services sadly 🙁😳

Between my wife battling breast cancer and winning and my son having nasal cavity issues and my Daughter getting her nose broke in cheer we have seen our fair share of surgeries for both medical and cosmetic problems.
