Actual dental work is great, but the business office is a joke. They told me they called my insurance to check on frequency of service. They called me back and said work on one side would have to be pushed back due to frequency, but the other side was fine to go ahead and do work on. Turns out, my insurance denied all of the work because they did not actually ask about both sides. They only asked about one side. When I tried to get an actual answer from them after determining that the denial was appropriate, the Business Manager said they had no proof that any call to insurance was made. She said

After chasing my dentist down after selling his practice and moving to Love to Smile... I must say that this is the worst. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I had a crown that was paid for 100% that was not set and "lost". The dentist had left in patient notes that there had been a refund, wrong. The dentist and Love to Smile said they were sorry this happened in the transition and they would take care of me and get the crown made in house and set at no additional charge. At the visit they took an x-ray and the tooth was bad and had to be pulled by an oral surgeon

Love to Smile in Overland Park was amazing with my 8 and 4 year old kids! They explained everything and helped them feel at ease. It made going to the dentist a not-so-scary trip. They were even able to squeeze both of them in on the same day to make things more convenient. We will be back for sure!!

This is by far the most comfortable dental office I've ever had treatment at. From the first time I called to make my appointment, the Doctors, clinical staff, heck I even found myself smiling after addressing something with their billing department!! They make me feel like family everytime I'm in! I actually look forward to my dental appointments for the first time in my life.

Awesome service and friendly smiles and staff. Broke a tooth over the weekend, and they worked me in to get an X ray and plan of action so that I was able to know what my options were going forward. My kids love coming here as well, and dentist are not their thing. Thanks Dr. Pedersen and Dr. Patel and staff!

This is the friendliest dental office I’ve ever seen. The office is extremely clean and all the staff are very skilled and so nice! Everyone always has a smile on their face! Dr. Petersen and Dr. Patel are the sweetest people ever, they make you feel so comfortable like you are visiting with a friend while getting your dental work done. Absolutely recommend all the way!

My experience was great. I had not been to the dentist in 15 years. I had to have two fillings and deep cleaning in my entire mouth. It was all done in two days and I was treated very well and was treated very gently. I like Dr. Johnson very much he has a great sense of humor and is very light hearted and nice. The girls that worked on my deep cleaning were exceptional and kept asking if I was ok and if I needed anything at all. At one point I was very cold and they went to extremes to make sure I was warmed up. There is only one thing that I would say was not as perfect and this type of thing

Dr. Azan and Debi were great. I needed a crown put in (a first for me) and don't do well with needles or procedures in general. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and informed me of what to expect every step of the way, which greatly helped. This has been my best dental experience yet. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I have had tooth bonding done several times over my life. When the latest round started falling out and crumbling, I went to Love to Smile as they had done such a great job on my friend's veneers.
I could not have had a better experience. The office was sparkling clean, all staff very kind and friendly. Dr. Sunny Patel and Debbie were the dream team. My bonding is just beautiful. It is truly an artistic endeavor and Dr. Patel has a wonderful eye for color, shape, and proportion. I'm extremely pleased.

I showed up early to my appointment and theyre closed and locked up. They gave me no messages or emails to reschedule, and my appointment was during normal business hours when they should've been open anyway. No signs on the door, nothing.
This is the second time in a row ive taken time off work for no reason in order to come here.
Will be finding a new dentist now, they can go on vacation permanently.

Had an emergency crown that split and the staff was able to fit me in ASAP.
Dr.Patel was kind enough to squeeze me in on a tight schedule.
On the day of the crown fitting the process was very smooth and the crown a re made in house so that saves another appt and anesthetics.

Dr. Pedersen & Dr. Patel are the absolute best. Between these two & their team of hygienists & other support staff, each experience at Love to Smile is top-notch. The dental care provided by the staff is very thorough with a high attention to detail. Administrative staff make it quick & easy to make payments, schedule future visits, & take care of other needs. To top it all off, the staff really cares about its patients & strives to get to know each person on an individual basis. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs!

I chipped a tooth and needed a dentist STAT. Love to Smile was able to get me in the next morning and had stellar Yelp reviews so I figured I'd give them a shot. Doctor Pedersen is knowledgeable and has a perfect bedside manner. I cannot more highly recommend her. This morning I woke up to my worst nightmare, my front crown fell off. My normal dentist was out of the country and my friend recommended Dr. Pedersen and I'm so glad she did. Dr. Pedersen and her staff treated me with great care and respect. They were very kind and quickly worked me in. She completely fixed the mistakes my regular dentist made. I am utmost grateful for her care and skill! It was above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be returning and referring anyone to her. Highly recommend! I got veneers through love to smile and originally loved the service. A couple issues came up, including veneers continuing to pop off because of them being incorrectly sealed. Eventually the procedure kept, except one tooth that died because it was not sealed correctly. I alerted them to this issue, and was told they would not honor my guarantee because I didn't do my cleanings with them every 6 months, which I was not informed about.
