I wanted to get my nails done for the first time after having a baby and I chose this place. I went and ask for pink and white nails a nice subtle nail. What I got was a French tip that was really thick. I am a very nice person and feel bad making people feel bad so I didn’t say anything which I should have. But after getting home and realizing just how much I didn’t like them I called the nail place. I told her that I really wanted pink and white nails and I really was not happy I was crying over them. Terrible quality! Went in to get a pedicure and gel manicure and the quality of both is horrible! My toes have a weird bubbly texture and there is polish around my toenail. My nails are just the same, the top coat has a bunch of bubbles and the color underneath was put on way to heavy. Spent $85 and not worth it at all. Will never be back.

Mindy has been doing my nails for almost a year now, and I'm always happy. She's kind, highly skilled, and good-humored (laughs at my stupid jokes and shares chit-chat with me).
From the second time I came in, she remembered my name and the exact shape and length of nail that I want. She does a beautiful, pristine job of my acrylics and gel polish. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my nails. LOVE getting my nails done here.

I've been to 4 other salons in the area and none have successfully given me a gel manicure that lasts more than 3 days before chipping. Though I never had this problem before, I started to think something had changed with my nails that was causing this. Well, thanks to this place I've now had perfect gel for a week, and I'm encouraged that it will continue to last. To top it off, this place is quite a bit cheaper and my massage was great.
Despite the name, this isn't the fanciest salon. I didn't give five stars because everything was pretty basic... including only paper

I'm so disappointed! I go to Fancy Nails once a month and normally treated decently. However,yesterday I went in for a pedicure like I do once a month.. and the woman doing my feet was clearly talking crap about me even made eye contact and rolled her eyes at me. Was it because I didnt want the $50 pedicure? Or was it because she hates her job? Regardless of the "why" I am a regular customer who normally trips generously and after yesterday I won't be back. Avoid here at all costs! Especially if you get Dip Powder. They have NO clue what they're doing and my nails are ruined. I could tell they were nervous to do it from the start because as I was getting my pedicure (and my pedicure was awesome which is the sad part) they were pointing at me and talking aggressively. When I got them done, the lady acted like that was it. Left my nails totally rough on the tops and the edges, I would scratch someone if I rubbed my finger on them. Didn't bother to even clean my nails or cut cuticles. She put nail neutralizer on the top and told me to wait

This salon needs to be shut down immediately. I have never felt so disrespected & out right ANGRY with a business in my life. My nails looked like my 9 year old sister bought an acrylic pack from target & did them herself. The shape was so uneven, the color was goopy, the technician had no idea what she was doing and when I asked her to fix them she gave me attitude and proceeded to add more unwanted layers. I went to a different salon directly after to have them taken off and fixed & I came back to the original salon the next day to ask for a refund and the "manager" refused

I've only been here once for a pedicure, but if you're looking for a place that's a bit more quiet than the others in the area, this would be it. Nothing too fancy, but a very calm, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The chairs are comfortable and a nice massage. The water was actually very cool but when I mentioned it she drained the tub and refilled with warmer water. My pedicure has held up pretty well over the last few weeks. Great remodel and new ownership! Got a mani-pedi and it was done very well! I didn't feel rushed and the massage was awesome. Mindy, the new owner, is super sweet and very attentive. She is trying to build her clientele and I would definitely recommend giving the new and improved place a try. You won't be disappointed. Such a nice addition to the Columbine area!

I called Friday at 10 to ask if they could take myself and 2 others at 1 pm for pedicures. No problem, the gentleman that answered said and confirmed we could all get them at the same time as well. Suffice it to say we were all waiting for over 45 minutes and not ah' one pedicure even was started! Giving one star only for the total inconvenience and inability to keep confirmed appts! Disappointed as I had read great reviews.
