On June 8th I booked a ride from Fountain Valley to LAX. The car and driver did show up on time with an older Lincoln Town Car. The website clearly shows rates from Fountain Valley to LAX in a Lincoln Town car is $108.50. When I got to the airport the driver said it would be $120. I had a copy of the fee on the website, showed it to the driver and all he said was "Oh we need to change that" I asked if he would honor the price and he would not. When I returned from my trip I called the office and spoke to the manager. He said it was too long since he charged me so he couldn&apos

Our company has used Obi limo service for years, 3 or 4 times each year, and we have always received fantastic service. They always remember us (by name), are always early, and in a couple of instances where we forgot to set up transportation ahead of time, they fit our group in for last minute pickups. Awesome company!!

Terrible experience- the car was late picking us up and dropping us off at LB airport. Sharron, the woman who picked us up was rude and argumentitive- talked so much she got lost and took the wrong freeway. She was smoking in the car when she arrived and it stunk. Overall I would not use this car service again.

Recently experienced a HORRIBLY uncourteous driver who showed dangerous driving skills, and an extremely argumentive attitude. I called the dispatcher to explain my experience who in turn called the owner of the company at home. The owner then called me on my cell PROMPTLY and explained that action had been taken (driver is no longer with them) AND he went on thanking me for taking the time to share my experience, mainly stating that such experience could very well be the downfall of his company if an accident had occurred, etc. He was so nice and so forthright and quite honestly, just downright

We recently used Obi-One for transportation to and from our cruise. We were promptly greeted in LAX and then brought to our hotel in Long Beach via a nice SUV. The next day we again were met with great service to get us to our ship in San Pedro. Post cruise was also great. Got off the ship called Obi-One and within in minutes they were there to bring us to the airport. I never once had to touch my bags! I highly recommend Obi-One. I used to use taxis but for only a few bucks more you can ride in style with a great driver, prompt and reliable service, and the feeling of everything being taken care
