Terrible customer service. Technician came out to evaluate, said it would be $700, so when I called to schedule they said if you do the 'advantage plus' program, it would only be $570. I asked if someone needed to be there when they came out and they said yes, unless we didn't want them to spray on the inside of the house. So wife took off half day of work. Technician did not come inside and said if we wanted someone to spray on the inside we'd have to set that up separately. The charge came thru as $700 so when I called to ask about the charge and spraying on the inside she said 'well, that was
