This gentleman was rude and took advantage of a situation to overcharge me for a key and programming. I had pre purchased a key, which he insisted wouldn't program. He informed me that he would still be charging me the $150 programming fee because that couldn't be taken back, so I asked him how much a key was from him and he told me it would be another $150!!! He stated the dealership would charge me $500, which I checked afterwards and it would have only been $363 (and the key would have been original OEM with the Nissan logo on it!). I was also looking online at OEM keys as he was programming

Wish I had cancelled this job. Moved into a new house, scheduled them to replace the 2 deadbolts. Right before the appointment he calls to ask if I had purchased the locks. Of course I hadn't, since I assumed a locksmith would have the locks. So I had to go get the locks...for him to do a horrible job installing them. I had to ask him to do them again after I could not lock the front door without leaning on it (he seemed surprised that I would like to only use one hand to turn a lock), and the second door's lock was not fitted properly. And then he charged me extra for having to use

Used Yelp vendor quotes to find a service to make a new key fob for the used Honda I bought, which only had one key. DNKY was the fastest and first responder who said they were able to do the job. He quoted $29 for the service fee (boy, I really don't think they deserve it) and the price of the new key (which started @ $120) . At that time he had my make/model/year , and contact info. I had done my research and I could get a programmable fob for $189, so I'm thinking my total cost would be about $250. I called an hour from the appt. and had to bump it up by an hour, they said it was
