Where do I start other then to say STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM gv Kustom Kitchens AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!! . We had 2 bathrooms done by them in 2017, I'm just now writing this review because of the on going issues we have had since the install. Back in 2017 the frustration started with total and complete lack of communication with the owner (General contractor) and his sub-contractors, along with 3 months over their projected time line and charging us 2 times the original estimate. It would take up too much space to cover all the issues that occurred during the construction period.

I hired gvKustom Kitchens in June 2018 to do a remodel of my kitchen after researching the company and talking to them.
There were issues from the moment I ordered the cabinets and after I paid for them. gvKustom Kitchens doesn’t place the order unless you pay for taxable items. This is where my troubles began. I have been dismissed and put off constantly on a remodel that lasted a long nine months. Below are some examples:
(1) Chip (Job Supervisor) called one day at 9am & said he would be out shortly to measure. He was 90 minutes late, measured & told me he had to be at another appointment

We worked with GV Kustom Kitchens on our remodel and had nothing but problems. They do not communicate and "do things to you." As a previous poster stated - they don't do stairs. They also shouldn't do floors. They cut out a vent size that isn't standard and now we have an ugly floor. They ordered the wrong pantry size - when we questioned it - they put it in and now we have to live with it. My favorite story is when they charged us for a shower door for our kitchen project - when I questioned it - the owner stated it was for our cabinet glass doors - which was not a thing. Maybe research before
