I found there to be a huge difference between the average 'run of the mill' loan officers and a seasoned veteran like Yaser Khan at capital city lending, especially if you're a first time home buyer. Yaser was straightforward and professional in that he stated clearly what I'd qualify for (which turned out to be a very competitive rate) and delivered on that when it came time to close.

From the moment we started working with Yaser through the final close and funding, he has been extremely responsive and diligent in providing us with all the up to date information. Wow, just wow. A brief history about me. in the past 7 years I have purchased 6 properties. This very last purchase was a 1031 exchange after having sold one of those 6 properties. I have used different lenders with every transaction and every transaction, up until this one, has been a nightmare. Sooooooooo when my real estate agent friend sung Peter's praises, I was still skeptical but I gave him a call.
I reached out to him Feb 1st (went into contract I think February 16th) and it is now march 12th and I closed my property March 9th with a process so flawless I was actually a little worried
