My fiancé and I hired Kelly to help us purchase a house in the greater Twin Cities, MN area. We hired her in December of 2020, and had purchased a house by February of 2021. If we ever need to purchase (or sell) real estate again, Kelly will be our first and only call. She is the perfect realtor; responsive, extremely knowledgeable on both the market AND the process (she is a lawyer too), and knows exactly how to negotiate/communicate with opposing realtors/sellers. My fiancé and I highly recommend her to anyone--and particularly first-time home buyers who have a lot of questions--with real estate

So happy that we worked with Kelly Hudick and Marathon Realty. Kelly was our agent on both the sale of our old place and purchase of the new place. Kelly was amazing to work with on our first home purchase. From the initial meeting, we could tell she knew the market and area. With her law background, Kelly was such an asset during the negotiation and contract finalization process-- which is so important.
In working with Kelly, she was always extremely responsive and set up multiple showings with only a few hours of notice-- which is so important in this hot market!
