Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Hands on Health emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Hands on Health our aim is to remove any stress or causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Hands on care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Next, you will have a consultation with one of the doctors to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for the doctor to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how our care can meet your goals. After your consultation, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant. The staff is very accommodating to all my needs. The Doctors are very empathetic to my pain and focused on how to treat me. They listen as well as offer medical advice and together we implemented a medical chiropractic schedule to help me heal.
The facility is always clean and we'll lit and the rooms are more private and suitable for therapy.
Very good place for anyone serious about Therapy rehabilitation.

Hands on Health in Garden City was truly a satisfying experience. I came in for two sessions and my back is feeling amazing. I originally set up an appointment due to lower back pain. My mobility was about 35%. After two sessions, I am feeling great and my mobility is almost 100%. I highly recommend this Chiropractor as they are true class A professionals who know what they are doing.
