The customer service is always great and they are very punctual. However they have been treating my home for a few months or so and the issue we have had is not going away. The issue at hand seems to be getting worse no matter what we do or how many times they come out. They just recently came out and completely fogged or bombed our house and it literally did nothing to even remotely take care of the issue. Like i said that customer service is always great but being made promises like paying so much money to take the treatments to the extreme and it not working at all just kinda puts a sour taste

I had the pleasure of making arrangements for my Mother's apartment home to be treated in Easley with Peter Edge. If you have any concerns with any type of pests, please look no further! PinPoint Pest Solutions employees are genuine, honest, good people; passionate about addressing any pest issue and getting it resolved immediately; this in turn, shows in the customer service displayed by their employees. Always great. So glad we found them. We are on the quarterly schedule. They always reach out to us a day or two before to let us know when we're scheduled and if we have any needs in addition to usual. We have the same technician, Randy, each time. He is so nice and he now knows the layout of our property and needs. If there's heavy rain they always reach out to us right away to reschedule. Great value. Payment through their portal is easy. This is one maintenance task we don't have to worry about anymore.
