Rosanna graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and continued on to obtain her MBA at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. After many years learning about the logistics of business in Fortune 500 Companies, Rosanna decided that she preferred to bring out her passion to the world and put all those years of corporate experience together into her own business.

I have been coming here for a long time and it has been nothing but the best. My daughter and I attend Med Aesthetics in Aventura for our laser sessions which is the best. Rosana and her staff truly care about their patients well being. Rosana is all about seeing results in her patients which gives her satisfaction. If you need laser done or anything else Rosana and her staff are there to provide you with the satisfaction you need.

Stay away!!! My husband went in for toe nail fungal laser treatment and left with 2nd degree burns which has now turned into gangrene. He disclosed the fact that he was diabetic. After speaking to a few specialists, they advised that Med-Aesthetics should have never even treated him. At first Roxana was very sympathetic and promised to help with the medical costs but now Roxana doesn't want to take responsibility even though she fired the "nurse" that treated him! We have had to pay for all the costs involved to treat my husbands burns. Now she is actually trying to say that his underlying condition

Only aesthetics spa I go to in Miami. I’ve been going for 2 years now and I do a few of their devices which are laser hair removal and ipl laser for the face. My results are amazing I am so happy every time I go. They have the best staff who are so professional and friendly I am so comfortable there. They are so easy to work with and make it very easy for me. I recommend this to all of my friends and they are always very happy with the results!
