Stayed here again in August of 2018 while on another motorcycle trip. This is our home in Cedar City. Diana and Gary are great hosts. This is likely our favorite place ever and we are hoping to visit even more. Love this place and really like the owners. Great people...great hosts...great breakfast.

We love this Bed and Breakfast. Gary and Diana are such amazing hosts. We will stay here any time we possibly can! We have stayed in two of their rooms and they are spacious, very well maintained and decorated in such a comfortable manner that even the first time we stayed there it felt like home. The food is delicious and the company superb.

We stayed at the Garden Cottage over Labor Day weeekend, and everything about this bed and breakfast is exceptional; the room is lovely, the food is scrumptious, even the other guests are universally so happy to be back that they only help to add to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Returning from the Engelsted, directly across the steet, of an evening and walking through the wildish little gardens is idyllic, and the morning greeting from Diana and Gary is sure to brighten anyone's day.

I think that the Garden Cottage is the closest B & B to the Utah Shakespeare Festival. You can see the festival from the front door! Location, Location, Location! It was great to be able to walk across the street and rest between events. Gary and Diana are wonderful hosts. We told them once, last year, that we don't eat eggs. This year we didn't mention it, and they remembered. They also were very thoughtful about not making a big deal about it in front of other guests. We appreciated this. The breakfasts were wonderful! I've been coming here since 2008 and it has been terrific every time. Comfortable, clean, welcoming and lovely. Two blocks from a cute Main Street area and literally across the street from the Shakespeare Festival. Great breakfasts and interesting guests from all over the world. Diana and Gary are great hosts!

Gary & Diana are wonderful hosts at their bed and breakfast. My daughter & I stayed in the Rose room, and we were immediately taken back in time. The sit down breakfast is definitely the highlight of our stay where we ate a great meal, and chatted up other vacationers who were in town. My 8 year old quickly got over the fact that there wasn't a television and had a great time enjoying all this little cottage had to offer. Stay here and fall in love with the house, location, and the owners like we did.

What I love about the Shakespeare festival is that it transports you to a different kind of world in this BEAUTIFUL little town. And I have to say I had no idea what I was missing til we stayed at the Garden Cottage this time. From the time we parked and walked through their amazing and vibrant gardens up the the most adorable ivy-covered porch, to being greeted by the most warm and gracious hosts. The parlor is filled with vintage chairs of the most comfortable and interesting variety, the shelves full of books with old classic covers and the smell if years gone by when you open them. We had a lovely stay at The Garden Cottage. The owners have the rooms decorated in such a cute antique style. It is just a block to the plays at the Shakespeare Festival - super convenient for walking back late after the last play. Breakfast was delicious - served on a different china every morning. The garden is amazing, entered through a vine covered arch. The holly hocks are strikingly tall and beautiful.

Truly a home away from home. Diana and Gary do absolutely everything to make your stay a pure delight! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. And I can't even begin to talk about the out-of-this-world breakfasts, which are absolutely divine! I'd come to Cedar City even if there weren't the incredible Utah Shakespeare Festival, just to stay at The Garden Cottage.
