Services
Wilson Stevens was founded in the early '80s by Kathy, a successful sales and marketing professional. Her husband, Tim, was a musician and Berklee College Graduate. Tim and his bandmates were fed up with the dishonesty and exploitation in the live events industry. Kathy saw a need for a different kind of company.
We often say that "vendor meals are to the band industry, what tipping is to the service industry". While it is customary to provide vendor meals, we do not require gratuity. Those who feel we have gone above and beyond and elect to tip, generally do so in the $25-$50 per member range. ARTIST requires close access or paved access to the performance location, or a $500 cartage fee will be applied.
As a second-generation family business formed by musicians, we know that the entertainment you choose can make or break an evening. That's why we obsess over the caliber of our bands-and why we never take a "next in line" approach. You only have one chance to make your event unforgettable. So start with an amazing band, then plan from there.
Beantown is the preeminent private affair band, having toured nationally for over a decade. Their credits include performances for the New England Patriots at 2 Super Bowls and sharing the stage with luminary recording artists Earth Wind & Fire, The Black Eyed Peas, Lionel Richie, and Alicia Keys. This 11 piece ensemble features multiple lead vocalists, a percussionist, and a three-piece horn section.
Lauren & Max's Cliff House wedding was one to remember! The newlyweds and their guests spent the night on the dance floor of the Atlantic ballroom with EYE2EYE. We're so excited to share some of our favorite moments from Chattman Photography! Held at a private residence, Alice & Alex celebrated their special day with family and friends in a beautiful Cape Cod wedding.

Justin and his team have been the most accommodating, responsive, professional, and flexible vendor during our entire wedding planning experience. Beantown was absolutely incredible - all our guests were on the dance floor the entire night, and everyone raved about the band - one of our relatives even commented that he believed they should be famous and touring the world - that's how great they were!! They were amazing to work with in the months leading up to the event (and during a pandemic, we might add). Everything was perfect and they truly made the wedding such a success. Highly, highly recommend them. There's no better band in Boston.

Run, don't walk, to book a Wilson Stevens band for your next event. We booked Eye 2 Eye for our wedding and they truly orchestrated a masterful evening and kept everyone on the dance floor for the entire night. I heard so many guests say that they had never had so much fun at a wedding before or had never danced for quite so long. Tim and Cheryl at Wilson Stevens made booking super easy and straightforward. The responsiveness and level of service that is consistent with a well run / sophisticated business. Michael, representing Groove Alliance, was so good to us. Connected with us leading up to the event and made us feel like we were in great hands. He and his team brought the energy and gave us the wedding dance floor of our dreams. Two Words: Book Mojo. They were simply electric. Frontman Marlon is a dynamic, firecracker of a performer. Their horn section with Compaq Big Band alum are stellar and add the full sound of a symphony horn section. My bias, the rhythm and keys, were generous enough to let me sit in and play along a small set to my guests' delight. Everyone I spoke to said they were the best band they had seen and heard; they made my small reception feel like an MSG Saturday night performance. Book them.

We hired Wilson Steven's CLIQUE for our wedding and were completely blown away by their performance. CLIQUE was so fun, engaging, and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night. I cannot recommend them enough. Many of our guests told us they were the best wedding band they've ever seen. People were even asking if CLIQUE goes on tour so they can see them perform again! It's hard to put into words just how amazing Splash! was. After having to frantically search for a new band after our wedding was rescheduled due to COVID, I am now so thankful we found this group. From the start, everything was so incredible organized, thorough and the team at Wilson Stevens was so responsive. The day of the band organized our group, ensured that we were comfortable with the flow, and also allowed us some room to "improvise". One Step Ahead was INCREDIBLE. Book your band via Wilson Stevens, you will not regret it. Having a live band and crowded dance floor was something we really wanted for our wedding. We love a good dance party and One Step Ahead gave us just that. Barely anyone sat down the entire night. All of our guests commented that they have never been to a wedding before where the dance floor was consistently packed. No one wanted to stop dancing! Book them book them book them. They are amazing

I don't often leave reviews but felt inclined to share our experience with Wilson Stevens. We booked Groovin' You to perform at our wedding - originally scheduled for October 2020. Once COVID hit and it gradually became clear that our October date wasn't going to happen as planned, we started reaching out to our vendors. Wilson Stevens could not have been easier to work with or more amicable - truly class acts through and through. The only requests our parents had for the wedding were that we needed to have our ceremony in a church and we needed to have a live band at our reception, so the first order of business was finding a great band. We found Wilson Stevens online through some research and absolutely loved that they had live showcases of their bands so that you could get a tease of what their actual performances look like. We ended up going to two of the showcases and both times fell in love with The Connection. Booking the band was so simple- it was one of the easiest and most seamless parts of our wedding planning

We recently had the band Clique through Wilson Stevens play our wedding. Wilson Stevens was great to work with and Clique was one of the best wedding bands I have ever seen. I was so incredibly happy with them, everyone had the greatest time dancing all night. They even allowed our best man to play with them for a song and learned (and nailed!) one of our favorites for us. We could not have been more pleased and could not recommend Clique more highly!
