Services
Our attorneys regularly represent clients before federal and state appellate courts, including the Iowa Court of Appeals, the Iowa Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. We represent banks and other financial institutions and individuals in a variety of matters such as fraudulent conveyance suits, lender liability, consumer credit, bankruptcy and foreclosure.
Some of our attorneys joined Elderkin & Pirnie after participating in our summer associate program as law students. The goal of our summer program is to give law students a realistic view of work at the firm while also providing a range of activities to introduce potential associates to the members of the firm, the nature of the firm's practice, and the opportunities available in the Cedar Rapids legal community.
