I’ve been coming to see Ashley for pelvic floor therapy for a couple of months now. I hadn’t ever really looked into it after having my first child because I didn’t feel like anything “wasn’t working”, but after my second child I figured it was probably time to get some therapy done to make sure my body is in as best shape as possible and WHOA. My first session I was stunned how unintegrated my stabilizing muscles groups were and how little they were talking to each other. My body feels much more stable and strong and overall I feel better than I’ve felt since my first pregnancy.

I saw Audrey for pelvic floor issues during pregnancy and birth and also for pain in my back from breastfeeding. She helped me recover my body after birth and get rid of my pain, teaching me how to care for my body on my own and what exercises or stretches to do to address things on my own. The front office staff was always kind and courteous.

Hi Ms.Julie this is Leslie Bost. Watson is my married last name I just haven’t gotten a chance to change it over in you’re system yet because I’m making sure Medicaid has it changed over first but I wanted to say it’s a absolute pleasure to be a patient at this facility everyone is so friendly and professional and motivating I love all the staff my two favorite physical therapist Mike and Lindsey they are always pushing me motivating me and I do appreciate them so much as well I’m recovering from right total knee surgery and now there preparing me for total left knee surgery I recommend

I recommend this place for ALL of your physical therapy needs! The staff here are super greeting, friendly and, attentive. They listen and really try to help. When Im here I feel like I'm apart of a therapy family. They have 3 specialists all specializing in different types of treatments, working as a team all 3 of them and their wonderful staff will do all that they can to make you feel better. Its a totally inviting and comfortable environment to be in.
