I wanted to like these guys. It was Christmas Eve and they were helping me move. This was my second move in a week. I'm a health care provider and worked the last 7 days. Christmas Eve was my one day off. After an hour, there was good progress- they were almost ready to head over to the new apartment, literally the next building down. So I tipped $145 and left to pick up Christmas dinner. They took their time apparently. The quoted time was 3.45 hours. Guess how long they took. I feel sucker punched. I might've been too nice. House N Box was amazing- they handled the packing of our items into storage as well as the move into our new house. They were timely and so nice to work with and very flexible with some last minute changes. They also came back and assisted us with trash and materials that needed to be removed after we unpacked. Moving is never easy but they make it a great experience!

This company has been a complete nightmare decision for us in our move from Georgetown to the Dallas area. We paid for the complete service, including packing, loading, moving and unloading. We had a large storage pod loaded and the rest was to go in a moving truck to an apartment.
First major problem - they left a bunch of our stuff behind at the house. As we had a deadline, we suddenly had to scramble with a local storage unit to be sure the house was truly empty for the incoming residents. We used House N Box to move furniture to a storage container in our driveway. From start to finish it was a great experience. Kevin was very responsive with a very fair quote and scheduling was easy and quick. Brett and Isaiah arrived right on time and were extremely professional, efficient, and polite. They carefully wrapped our furniture and loaded it into the pod with no problem. We will be calling them when it's time to unpack and move the furniture back into the house. I highly recommend House N Box.

It was amazing! The movers really did a great job and worked so hard, I very much appreciated their attentiveness and packing skills. Very courteous and listened well to instructions -- great guys and am grateful to have had their help today. Booking the move was easy as well - quick to respond, very friendly and answered all my questions on pricing and packing/moving. I would recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with House N Box movers! Our first contact was with Kevin, who made the scheduling and all the arrangements as easy as possible. On moving day, the crew was Brett, Nick and Isaiah. They kept in contact with us regarding arrival time, and when they did arrive they got right to work. They were upbeat, professional, and took great care of all of our belongings. We recently used House N Box movers on our move from Austin to San Antonio and it couldn't have been a better experience! They were very professional and efficient the whole way through. Our movers Lonnie, Angel and Mike were great and knocked out the move perfectly. I will be recommending them to everyone going forward and definitely using them again for our next move. Highly recommend this moving company. They wrapped everything to ensure it would be taken care during the trip.
Kevin & Isiah were Amazing!!! They were extremely respectful and were careful moving everything in & out of the 2 locations to ensure nothing was damaged.
They were also very honest. One of our pieces of furniture already had a broken corner. They came to us thinking they had caused the issue to inform us of the "accident".
I have used multiple moving companies in the past, but from now on will only be using Housen Box!

TLDR:
Use this moving service at your own risk because you probably could not move.
My experience: reschedule, late, and reschedule and late, and probably could not make my moving at the last second and finally move in the late night.
One Star for the moving crews, they did great job. No complaints for them. Thanks!

Contracted with House N Box movers to move the remainder of our furniture and boxes upstairs after some flooring was completed. Kevin, Terence, and Angel S. had it all done about 10 hours faster than it would have taken me. This is the second time we've used them with the same outcome: friendly service, attention to detail, and true care for our belongings. Although I'm so tired of moving stuff they really saved my back, knees, and marriage.

I am so happy we found "House N Box" movers. I filled out the "request-a-quote" earlier this week and they were very responsive and professional from the start.
We needed a large and very heavy, solid oak bar moved from our living room, up to a garage apartment. The bar has been in the living room for three years because we could not find anyone willing to move it. I was told by other companies, the railings would have to come off, we would need a crane or that it couldn't be done.

These Guys are great! I had to reschedule on them last minute, and then the day they rescheduled me for they had to reschedule on me... (honestly wasn't even a big deal cause you know, things happen)
But past that, the experience was great! The team that was sent was phenomenal. The guys were kind, patient and so hardworking. They finished everything in a timely manner with extreme care. The manager, I wanna say his name was Kevin, even called to check in on how everything was progressing. I am more than happy to refer these guys. I just wish I would have gotten their names.
