Rocky showed up 5 minutes early and went to work. My issue was much more involved than a normal service call because the entire header had pulled loose from the wall. Rocky had to take everything apart, replace the wood and secure it to the wall before reassembling it. He performed all of this very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Armstrong and especially Rocky to anyone who asks.

John came out to service my garage door for a broken spring. He went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. He took the time to explain to me how to take care of my components for my door. He was very upfront about all costs for the job. He completed the job on a reasonable amount of time. Rocky Clark showed up punctually at 3:10 pm. We had recently moved back to Florida and the sellers left us one remote controller for a Genie garage door motor. Went to Home Depot with the motor model number and was advised the “Genie Universal Series” will work. I watched several you tube videos with the model number and controller and nothing worked. Rocky brought a new controller from his work truck and it worked. He tried the Home Depot product and still nothing. Rocky said that type of controller only worked with a newer Genie. He then spent over 45 minutes servicing the door. Several nuts

Door replacement was required and the proposal was well within cost expectation. The date of install was secured and the morning of the install we received a call stating they were on their way. 10 minutes latter Jeff and Ryan showed up and their skills were immediately apparent. The old door, runners and opener were removed, they then quickly assembled the new door and installed the runners with care. The overall installation was excellent.
