DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! In May, I booked their limo to the airport and unfortunately had to cancel my trip. I canceled 48-hrs in advance and was assured I would be refunded minus a small service fee. I expected that however, I have yet to receive my refund 3-months later. I emailed them a couple times and was told my refund was on it's way but have never received it. Now they won't respond to my emails. BE WARY. This company is giving Veteran's a bad name. DON'T USE THEM.

Made a reservation, received a confirmation of my reservation and no one showed up to bring us to the airport! I called and no answer. I called back and was told they had no pick ups scheduled. After checking the man on the phone said sorry, you better hurry up and find someone to take you to the airport! Good luck! Are you kidding???? Worst company ever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

We paid for a round trip from our cruise because they promised to be at the port as soon as we docked. When we arrived no one was there and we had to call for a pickup. The driver said he was 15 min away. When he arrived he didn't have enough room for our family and we had to wait for him to come back around because they only have one vehicle. If we had known we would have to wait we would've never paid for a round trip. Worst service ever. It's especially hard when you're waiting with a toddler and baggage. Save your money and get a different shuttle.

I called a week ahead about arranging a ride and booked a trip online. It was supposed to arrive at 956. At 950
I got a phone call my ride was a few minutes away. At 1008 I called again and was told 5-7 min away. I then called the company at 1025 and was told the driver was 2 min away at which point the driver called me to say his GPS wasn't working and asked for directions. My family of 5 were traveling from BWI to Bradenton, FL and needed a ride from the Tampa airport to the apartment in Bradenton. We booked first and then read the reviews and were going to change services but decided to give them another chance. I am glad we did. I booked online, got several emails from Veterans Limo providing the schedule. Xavier was the driver and picked us up early. The van wasn't the newest model, and yes, there was 1 sign saying tips are appreciated, and I am 100% fine with that. Xavier got us to Bradenton early, without any issues at all. We had an opportunity to use Veterans Limousine Service on December 28, 2017 and on January 2, 2018. We had a large family who we wanted to provide transportation to the Royal Caribbean ship for a family cruise. On December 28th we had a great experience and everything went well, however on the pick up after the cruise ended we had to wait outside in very cold weather and this company wasn't there when we asked him to be. Gio didn't tell the truth and said he was waiting since 8 a.m. when in fact he wasn't and some of our family members had to take Uber to get to the airport so

Never ever ever use this company. We had the worst experience with this company. He lied about the rate and was so rude and unethical about how he conducted himself. I only hope there is a way to shut this business down so nobody has to be scammed the way we were. Again I will say to never ever ever use this company.

Probably our "worst nightmare"! This "Company" and I use the term "Company" with great hesitation should not be allowed to operate in the State of Florida. The flyer in the mail....a call to the business and the reservation online....all seemed "good".....positive feeling. Reserved/Paid via Credit Card including tip! Driver arrived on time...9 a.m....but unfortunately Van that "Owner" sent was not in the best condition.....Driver was "Semi-Professional"....just a summer job....had radio cranked up and most annoying. I booked car service through this company for my coworkers and I at the recommendation of our hotel. From the beginning, the owner seemed a bit disorganized, but I was trusting that everything would work out, given that they came so highly recommended. This is the worse company to rely on. When I stayed at the country inn hotel they were designated to pick me up from the airport. It took them over an hour to get to airport. They prioritize and forget passengers who have arrived from the airport. They made my mom wait about 2+ hours. I spoke to the owner and he was very NASTY. And was definitely NOT apologetic. He works at the company as well. The other workers are ok. But you are NOT a priority. This business is run like a dollar cab in NY. THEY WILL TRANSFER YOU AND LEAVE YOU ON THE STREET.

Van #11 was behind me on the way into TPA tonight around 9 pm. He was tailgating me with his bright lights on, so I slowed down worried that I wouldn't be able to see. I then got past the entrance and sped up to get away. He followed me and then passed, at which point, I gave him the bright lights he gave me. He managed to give me the finger and when I called the number on the side of the van, he said he was the one in the van and that I was a f*$(ing idiot and a pu$$y. Not the classiest act in the biz.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I used Veterans for a week during our vacation. I had my car serviced 11 days before dropping it off. I had my brakes fixed and two tires put on my car. When I get in and brought back to the lot, I walk up to get my keys. Out of no where guy tells me "Oh, I think maybe something happened to your car, it has a flat tire, maybe you ran over a nail when you were driving it here." As you can imagine I blew up maybe "I" ran over a nail.I told the "manager" (and I use the term loosely), that there was no way my car was perfect when I brought it
