I have had several disappointing appointments, and unable to get my money back. I have been a customer before the name change. Everytime I come to an appointment the provider or esthetician find a reason not to provide the service. It has been 3 different appointments and still cant get serviced! Its come back another day that you don't even have available.So I leave unserviced, gas and time and money gone and no apology and no convenient reschedule it's always we booked out. At this point refund my money and I can go to ideal image or anywhere else more accomodating, more customer service approach

I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience here. I won a free filler from going to their Galentines event a couple of years ago, 10 out of 10. I’m in the process of tattoo removal so I’ll update my experience soon. Everyone from the front staff to the ladies in the back are beautiful and sweet!

I received my first round of lip filler yesterday by Maya and I could not be more impressed!! I’ll start out with how clean and lovely the office space looks. You could not ask for a better place to sit back and relax while getting numbed for your appointment. Also, the office staff are very nice and helpful. As it was the first time getting filler I was super nervous, but everyone there relaxed me and assured me it would be a great experience. As far as the lip injection results…. AMAZING! Be mindful of paying for the B12 injections. They will not help you lose weight. The 1,200 calorie food intake they recommend while getting the injections is what will make you lose weight; which is obvious. I purposely kept my diet the same as I genuinely wanted to know if these injections would make a difference. They don’t. Diet will make the difference. No quick fixes. After 3 shots in 3 weeks, I actually gained weight. I wanted to report my “case study” as this is what I wanted to know before I paid for the service. I have gotten the microneedling and the chemical peel; four times over 18 months. I love their sale prices, the super convenient hours, the vibe of all the rooms, and the results for sure. The staff is really sweet and polite, never pushy about buying more than you want. They are well educated on the products and they keep notes from the last treatments so you can track what you did last time. I can get away with wearing half the make up I used to, just because my skin is so much clearer, my pores stay more clear and look smaller, and my fine lines are incredibly decreased! Highly recommend.
