These people provide excellent service. They are very responsive to inquiries about their service and they are prompt. And If you are lucky enough to get Freddie assigned to you for your safe installation, he will not disappoint. He is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and professional. I bought a safe from All Safe a years back. The lock system is battery operated which need replacing over time. I replaced them but still couldn’t get the safe to open. The service man was prompt and solved the problem immediately by hitting a button. Turns out that’s all that was needed. So the manager refunded me the money for the service call.. So this company is not only responsive but extremely fair.

I was able to speak directly to the owner who was familiar with my location and arranged a service visit the next morning. The tech arrived on time, alerted my neighbor by phone before arrival, solved the problem and called me to communicate the outcome of the visit. The price was quite fair and I feel I got
