I’m in grass valley and had terrible tooth pain. My dentist can’t see me due to no power. I called around and Cindy heard my story and told me they were booked but would find a way to get me scene. I arrived and a good covid protocol and screening. X-ray done saw dentist and told I need a root canal. Due to location in my mouth I needed a endodontic. They called in a px for antibiotics and pain meds. They referred me and I have an appointment Friday. I was impressed by everyone in the office. They had internet service which I have not had in four days so was able to catch up. Highly recommend

What a wonderful dental office!!! Dr. Roholt has such a calm nature that you really feel at ease.. He is very thorough with your care. The office has the most up to date equipment and the staff are happy and friendly! In my 60 years, I can say this was the best dental practice I have ever been to :)

So very happy to have found Pier 210 Dental Group. I can't stress enough the fact that this was the very best dental exam I've ever had. Dr Tim Polumbo and his assistant Alex were friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. Dr Tim explained everything to me very carefully. Dental hygienist Mike was great and my teeth feel wonderful.

Ive always been skid-dish about visiting the dentist however this dentist makes you feel so comfortable and well cared for. Absolutely the best dentist I have ever seen. Dr Vandewalker is incredibly gentle. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist can be Daunting but you feel at ease the moment you walk into their beautiful office. I can't recommend them enough to family and friends. He gave me back my smile!

I love this practice! I have continued to come here even after moving 45 minutes away. Dr Vandewalker has an amazing chair side manner, and does excellent work. Just yesterday he fixed my chipped front tooth with PERFECTION! Even my hypercritical teenager said it was perfect! The front desk girls are always cheerful and helpful and my hygienist is incredibly sweet. Cannot say enough good things.

I was in need of an emergency appointment, on a Saturday, for my 8-year-old son, who broke off HALF of his front tooth. I managed to get ahold of Dr. Marr who met us in the office within two hours along with her wonderful dental assistant, Susan. I am so very pleased with the swiftness, care, and kindness that was given to both myself and my son. All of the procedure was explained, and my son walked out of the office looking as good as new. I had to think about my review and if I wanted to say something negative during these times. I feel we have this site for transparency and so here it is. The office staff for the front office was not honest with me. I had tacked in services scheduled when I walked in for my cleaning only appointment. The office manager challenged my being truthful for my prior X rays. With all the appointments pushed and the Covid situation I honestly thought i had had them just a few months ago. In any case I did not ask for it nor was it offered when booking my re schedule for cleaning. I will add the gal that

Dr. Roholt did an amazing job on my teeth over the past few years! First I had a crown problem that another dentist messed up badly. I came to Dr.Roholt and he fixed it for me. The crown feels like my own tooth!
Then over the last year we have done Invisalign and my smile is perfect! I couldn't ask for better results! All the staff are very professional and accommodating! My cleanings are always to notch! They use the latest technology from the field of dentistry too (3D scanner of my teeth and bite). I am so grateful for Pier 210! Thank you with a big pearl white smile!

I highly recommend Dr. Roholt and everyone else at Pier 210 dental. When I moved up here 2 years ago, I had a horrible toothache and Pier 210 took me in right away. I must say I was very nervous going to a new dentist. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I have been going to them ever since. Dr. Roholt also just did a beautiful job closing large gaps in my front teeth and I now have a beautiful smile and not embarrassed to show my teeth.

I found a better dentist who is caring and treats his employees with respect. I have to travel to see my new doctor but it's worth it.
Also, Dr. Roholt has his employees write good reviews for his business. I would prefer to go to a dentist that practices ethical business. In addition to having his employee's write stellar reviews he doesn't allow them to take breaks and has them work off the clock without pay. Then upcharges his patients and recommends services they don't necessarily need.
My new dentist is AMAZING, fair, honest and treats his patients/employees well.

They have some pretty cheap new patient specials here which is great to take advantage of. However I was not very happy with my appointment. The dentist gave me a diagnosis of a cavity that later turned out not to need work after all (I got a second opinion) and he wanted to replace an entire filling instead of repairing it (which I got repaired somewhere else). The hygienist was super chatty and wanted to talk a lot which I wasn't in the mood for...he kept stopping throughout the cleaning and chatting.

Called them for a last minute for a dental exam related to work. They said they couldn't get me in but they would call local offices for me and ask around. I got a call from an office 5 min from my house in the next 15 minutes and had an appointment same day. Pier 210 went above and beyond for me even though I'm not a patient there.

An update to my terrible experience here.
Now they have the gall to send me a bill!!
I was never treated!! I sat in a exam room for 4 hours shot up with novacain Until they were closing and I had to leave. These people are crazy!! They forgot me in the room!!! Haw can they bill me for nothing??!! Plus the extra day off work I had to take to actually get my tooth repaired. I called them and asked why I was getting a bill. They told me I had an appointment and had to pay. The fact that I wasn't treated DOSENT seem to matter.
DONT GO HERE!!!
