This company is a rip off!!! I had to prepay for service to get rid of snails. Paid for 4 treatments over the course of a year. We have had 3 treatments done, and yes we still have snails. We are moving out of the Jacksonville area & I called to cancel service & ask for a refund of the 4th treatment that I had prepaid for. They don't do refunds. How convenient. DO NOT USE these people. And if you do, DO NOT PREPAY for anything.

We are very satisfied with the pest control service offered by this company. They have excellent costumer service and they are very knowledgeable about the job they are set to perform. We are particularly impressed with Lance, as he was punctual, friendly and professional when handling our home inspection. Thank you guys for all you do!!

My house was treated for termites and now my porch is deteriorating from termite damage. I wasn’t told that the contract I paid for had expired and was charged extra for a treatment around the exterior bottom of my house for “sugar ants”. When the carpenter came to install new flooring he found infestation of sugar ants. I since have moved. Today a… serviceman showed up and told the new owners he came for a scheduled treatment. They told him I no longer lived there and he sprayed around the perimeter of my old house and gave the new owners a bill with my name on it. I NEVER

Tenting service is an absolute nightmare with this company. Zero.. I mean ZERO communication from them. Never let us know when they were going to show up. Never let us know when we could get back in our house other than “we’ll call you by the end of the day”. Have been in a hotel and have to check out at 11 so basically sit in our car until they feel it’s a good time to call. And even then we won’t know if it’s safe to get back in. Will NEVER use or recommend them again. Ever. Worst customer service I’ve probably ever encountered.
