You may be eligible to claim the 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit If you didn't get a first and second Economic Impact Payment or received less than the full amounts. A 2020 tax return must be filed in order to claim the Rebate Credit. You must know the amount of the first and second Economic Impact Payment you received in order to claim the recovery rebate credit.
