We hired Saunders & Sons to do a complete roof replacement and were really impressed! From the start, we liked working with Bill. He called us back right away, was professional and kind, and came out quickly for a quote. His inspection for the quote was thorough and he provided us with all of the details, his licenses, the warranty information, etc. - all in our first meeting! Bill was great to work with. Great communication and a very fair price! The roofers were also fantastic. Jose and his crew did a great job. My roof looks great, they did a fantastic job picking everything up and even used a large magnet to make sure all of the loose nails were picked up so that my dogs didn’t step on them. Everyone was polite and respectful. I’m so happy that we chose Saunders and Sons. Highly recommended.

Bill (the owner) followed up with a very good communication on each steps of process, getting permit, when materials are ordered and expected to be arrived and when to start the job. He is a trusted worthy person. No worry, no hiding and very responsive to my text when I have questions.
