This is the company that runs Ritchie Station Marketplace situated on the Capital Beltway (I-495/95), off of Ritchie Marlboro Road at Exit 13. This company could care less about patrons or the businesses that they rent to. They've started allowing events to take place in the parking lot but have no common sense to separate event parking away from the actual businesses. When patrons pay membership fees that include available parking it's absolutely asinine to arrive and not even be able to park because idiots are parking directly in front of businesses and walking over to the event. After the laughable experience I recently had dealing with two of their agents. Not answering or returning phone calls. Missing appointments & saying they had nothing planned. I would never Recommend NAI Michael to Anyone that's looking for strong business ethics, as well as good communication & reliability. On the move in date of my lease I was not contacted, but informed after tracking an agent down that they had DOUBLED RENT. COULD NOT MOVE IN on the proposed date etc. I was completely disgusted.
