The technician by the name of Trey, was excellent, I can’t rave enough about this young man. The technician Trey, was very neat, professional, and a perfectionist. The young man took his time to explain how the issue would be resolved, and did just that. The customer service was impeccable. The technician brought along a young journeyman and took his time and explain to the future plumber everything he needed to know. I will recommend this company and this person, to all of my patients, co-workers, and anyone who will listen to me.

I had a water heater go bad on me so I went to my home warranty place for help with that. They referred me to a company called DrainGo that I sometimes see n the area... they had mixed reviews so I didn't know what to think. The technician team name of Cage and Tyler showed up on time and ready to work... I knew they had to replace it so I was waiting for the kicker... They were reasonable and once agreed they went to replace it... they were great and explained everything and answered all my questions! They also have great respect for your home, gentle with everything and finished as quoted

I would like to report how extremely rude and unprofessional one of your plumbers, Chad is. I have a warranty with First American and was emailed and texted a number to contact. I called to find out how long it may be as the water is turned off to my house and water is leaking from my upstairs into my living room. I told the dispatcher that it was a warranty call and she acknowledged and told me that she would send it out as an emergency call. I received a call from one gentleman who was already at a site and he said that he would send it to someone else. Chad called me and asked what the issue

The two service engineers were extremely pleasant, on time and quick on their first visit. They arranged to get supplies and came back two days later, having called me to update me on getting the parts the day before. They rightly went to an emergency call first - you'd want them to do that for you - then came out to me a couple of hours late. They quickly fixed both faucet issues, and helped me fix a garage door too, that was too heavy for me to lift and rehook up. All in all, exceptional service, and all around good guys!

I had similar issues as the other reviewer. The technician came out and looked at my plumbing. He said he would need to get parts from their part house and that he would be back. A couple of days later after not hearing anything back, I called Draingo back, to be told the parts actually had to be ordered. This was never communicated to me. A week after not hearing back from them I called back again to find out when a technician would be coming back out with the ordered parts. I was told the parts would take up to 10 days to come in and I would get a call back. 3 weeks after my initial appointment

I received a call later that night from a technician who was assigned my case but is in a different state, he told me they had cancelled/rescheduled all appointments due to weather in Nashville which would be fine had they called.

My home warranty sent me to this company. I told her I could not be at my house till 2:30 I did not get off work till 2. She said I have to give a Time gap of 12 to 5 but I'll put you at the end of the day. She was also very rude as she explained this to me. This was a Monday. My appointment was Friday between 12 and 5 and like I said she told me she would put me at the end of the schedule. Drain Go has been my first call since 2012. They are always courteous and punctual. As an out of state owner of a rental property in Tipton County, I trust them to fix the issue in a better than timely manner and at a fair price. The technician always calls me to tell me what's going on and what to expect in terms of pricing, and then calls me when he is done. The office handles my billing and payment and I never have to go chasing down receipts, they email them to me instantly. All around good experience!
