Services
Founded in 1975, Jerome's Collision Center is named after our founder and original owner, Jerome Lundeen. Our roots in the auto body business, however, go back one more generation, to Jerome's dad, who also had a shop. All in all, we represent three generations and more than 60 years repairing vehicles in Minot.
Generally speaking, most repairs can be made in two to five days. Some repairs do take longer, but we'll always be upfront about the time frame so you can plan and prepare properly. At Jerome's your schedule is always our highest priority, so when planning your repair we'll work with you to insure your repair experience disrupts your life as little as possible.
Whether you're from Minot or miles from home on your cross-country tour, RV or 5th wheel bodywork can be a major inconvenience. At Jerome's we've got the shop to handle any size rig, and the staff to restore your "home away from home" to its previous beauty. We have a 50-foot semi- and RV paint booth that does the same as a traditional vehicle booth.
A 15,000 square foot expansion gave us the room we needed to get our vehicle detailing operating up and running, and we couldn't be more excited! It's a natural addition to a body shop, and at Jerome's we'll make sure the inside of your vehicle looks as good as the outside when we're finished with it!

My car has been in their shop for 61 days today, two weeks was the insurance companies fault, ill say another week or two for shipping of the parts but another 31 days. Its upsetting I was told it would take two to three weeks. With the $500 deductable, $1000 in rental car costs, and another $1000 in car payments for the time I didn't have the car, this accident has drained the little saving I had, the rental is really what did my account in. I don't want to blame the company but this should've been done weeks ago, with the amount of time it has taken I could've done the work myself. TBH I wish

Absolutely STELLAR customer service. Someone hit my vehicle that was parked in North Dakota while I was in Nevada. Worst possible situation to deal with miles away. Jerome's collision went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me. They provided updates every step of the way via txt so I was always in the loop but not taking up much of my time at all. Not one person there was less than excellent. So glad I trusted someone else's google review when selecting where to send my vehicle to without being able to physically go there.

One of many best choices in life, taking my vehicle to get fix up with Jerome’s Collision Center. The front desk staff members are very nice and have great costumer service. I am very glad bringing my business with Scott, very professional and great communication and knowledgeable with vehicles. Very satisfied costumer (LOVE MY CAR EVEN MORE!!!)& will always recommend it to my family & friends as well!

Scott and his team worked really well around my schedule. I had personal conflicts and rather than wait he moved forward with working with my insurance and secured an OEM door for my truck while I finished my plans. Once I dropped the truck off it just a little over a week to get it back but like everywhere else the pandemic hit his workforce so I know he got the truck back to me as quickly as he could. There was a small follow-up issue, I brought the truck in and Scott had it fixed in less than 20 minutes.
He also had his team detail the scrapes on the side with the fixed door, polished and shined

Jerome's was recommended to me at work for being known for their high quality work, reasonable rates, and their military friendly reputation.
The first time I needed their help I had just found that a car wash had left several long scratches across the top and sides of my brand new truck. The manager (Scott) found several more in his inspection, and had every scratch completely removed within a day. When the hours required to fix the truck went beyond the repair quote, Jerome's stuck to their original quote despite my asking

I took two trucks here at different times and they did an excellent job. They also have a good warranty on the parts they replaced. They kept me well posted while the trucks were in the shop and they cleaned it up nice before giving it back. I would definitely recommend Jerome’s to anyone in the area. Very impressive job!

Jerome's is one of the best around. They not only are professional and courteous, but they will go out of their way to ensure your repair is done right. They make you feel like you're not just a number on a paper. I had a minor issue with my repair, and they worked with me to get it rectified, even after I was out of the service area. The level of customer service is unmatched in the greater Minot-Bismarck area. Military friendly. A big thank-you to Scott and the women running the desks!
