I just found a hand-written thank you letter from Monica in my mail today. Very sweet and thoughtful and it's actions like that, that will make me a lifelong customer.

Services
I lovingly tend to every pore and take extra care to minimize discomfort during waxing and extractions. During appointments, I offer education about common skincare choices - including hydration, diet, sun exposure, and morning and evening skincare routines. Upon request, I suggest additional treatments and products that may help improve the skin's overall health and appearance.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).

Booked an appointment earlier this year, and it was cancelled last minute. Booked another today, and the owner cancelled once again an hour before my appointment. Gave outrageous reasons for cancelling both. Very unprofessional. I would steer clear of this place, as it's not very reliable. Will take my business elsewhere.

I've been seeing Monica for a year or more now and I look forward to every visit. She's methodical and a perfectionist. She's taught me so much about my own skin along the way. She truly has my skins best interest at heart - not selling me more things. And you can book online to boot. A serious gem!

Monica is THE best Esthetician in West Seattle. She has more clinical skincare knowledge then anyone I've seen so far. Her spa is calming and very clean. I can go in for anything from adult acne to anti-aging. She has micro-needling and hydra facials depending on my skincare needs.

Monica has been helping me overcome scarring from a bad hormonal acne flare. She is kind, goes above and beyond to make her customers feel welcome and happy, and never had a can’t do attitude. Around Mother’s Day, she gave me a 200 skin kit... just because... truly, when you come here, you feel like family. I’ve been coming nearly a year and love it!!
