For the past 25 years Rich has worked for several different jewelers as a goldsmith, salesperson and as a service manager. We carry a large selection of jewelry and do most work on premise. We stock many one of a kind pieces along with well known brands such as, Le Stage, Chamilia, John Bagley, Gabriel and much more!

Rich has always done a beautiful job with our jewelry and it feels good to trust a guy you're leaving you're diamonds with. My whole family uses him, and we've sent all of our friends there since we feel confident he will treat them well. Poor, poor service. Multiple times never responded with return calls after providing information on when to expect response. Made two additional trips to store to attempt to connect and found them closed during posted operating hours. When I attempted to discuss my concerns, was yelled at and hung up on. I get it's a tough time but don't make commitments and not keep them or communicate. I do all I can to support local business but never again here.

Riches gets it. Listen we do not all make Big salaries at Riches they want to help people first. They fit my modest budget with the 4 c's and made me feel special. My wife could not wait to show her friends. I… was proud to have made a purchase from a non big box store. We discovered Rich a few short weeks ago while looking for wedding rings. He and Lucy were so fun, masks and all! I fell in love with the most gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring that Rich had hand-crafted, and later that night my fiancé placed that beauty on my finger!!
