Dr. Mitch and Dr. Sarah have been serving the people of Mason and Thurston counties since 2005. In that time we have both witnessed many miracles while serving thousands of patients in those communities. Our true passion is helping people restore and maintain their health through natural chiropractic care without the use of drugs and surgery.
While attending Life Chiropractic College West, we both traveled to Central America many times to provide chiropractic care to hundreds of people who did not have the care available to them. We were able to collaborate with the local government, medical doctors and nurses to make the largest impact on improving the health care for their citizens, it was a truly humbling and rewarding experience.

Chiropractic care has improved the lives of millions since it was discovered in 1895. People receive chiropractic for many different reasons. Initially patients often seek care when they have an ache or pain but soon realize the additional benefits of chiropractic care. Chiropractors check your spine for vertebral subluxations and if you have any, they reduce or eliminate them with a safe, gentle spinal adjustment.
Our massage therapists - Misty Knight LMT, and Emily Gibbs LMT - specialize in deep tissue massage and are proficient in many different techniques to suit the needs of our clients. Massage therapy is covered by some insurances. We would be happy to explore that for you. For those without insurance, we offer massage packages to help save you money or you can pay by the visit.

I’ve been going to see Mitch at Newman Family Chiropractic for about 5 years. I get the best and most honest care about my back. We always get off subject and end up sharing stories which makes the trips up to see them always so fun. We love how they can adjust juveniles and cover so many aspects of chiropractic care. We are very happy, loyal patients of Dr. Newman! I’ve been hesitant about chiropractic care after a few unhelpful experiences over the years. I’m glad I tried one more time and found their wonderful office and staff! My first impression was excellent. I filled out a few papers, and was promptly called into a small room where I was asked about my body and lifestyle. I was examined, and when the specific sources of my pain were located, I was adjusted in those spots. I felt listened to, and my comfort was clearly a priority. Nothing was painful, and I am looking forward to my next visit, and next month, my first massage! Cheers to a healthier me.
