Bought a 2017 car there in 2019 and I have had more issues with it than I did with my older car that was more than 15yrs old. I've had battery issues several times, I've had to put tires on ( even though i was told they were new tires) and now the car won't start. I called AAA and they said it's not the battery so now I have to be thinking of putting more money into it. I'm very disappointed. I shouldn't have to be putting so much money into it already.

I will start by saying my buying process at Portsmouth Used Car Superstore on Woodbury Ave was as smooth as can be. Andre Owens, my sales guy was great. I was in and out in 1.5hrs with the Jeep I’ve wanted forever.
However, it all went downhill after that. There was an advertisement in the window of the Jeep stating there was a 6,000-mile… warranty, which I was told was a misprint by the sales manager Pollini Reed. Typically, when businesses make an error, they honor what they advertise, but he refused.
There was also a hole in my front bumper that he agreed to fix upon purchase. I

Absolutely amazing service, was on and out with a new car Within a few hours. Derrick was super helpful and was really a great salesman. I have been here a couple times. Once to test drive a car and once to sell one. When test driving a couple years ago, there was a very no pressure approach. I took the car for a ride and once I returned I was asked if I had any other questions about the car. I was then handed a business card and just told to call if I was interested. Was very pleased with the whole interaction. Recently I returned to see if they would be interested in buying a used car from me without purchasing one from them. They gave me a very fair price, and the transaction was seamless. I'm happy to have done business with

I just purchases a used vehicle from Portsmouth used cars and my experience was amazing.
