We are a general contractor providing design-build services for residential homes, vacation homes and lake cottages, remodeling & room additions and light commercial buildings as well. We provide design services or can work off plans provided by the customer's architect. We will consult with the customer as to which product types and brands we feel are best suited for a specific application and develop a Description of Materials for the project.
We coordinate the subcontractors who will be performing the work on the project by using computerized scheduling. We typically inspect the project on a daily basis and are available for on-site meetings with the customers when it is required. Most of our projects are based on a contract price but we do occasionally work on a time and material basis.

You're not just looking for a builder, you're looking for someone to make your dream a reality. In a typical year we will build 10 to 15 single family homes, complete several home remodeling/addition projects, and construct one or two light commercial building projects. This volume allows us to provide the personal service necessary to successfully complete your home or commercial project.
We can help in designing your new home or we can build off of your architect's plans, whichever you prefer. An extremely important factor in determining the total value of the project is product specification and with our years of experience we can assist you in tailoring the products that best fit your needs with your budget.
Governmental ordinances and codes can vary greatly from one lake to the next. Our years of lake home building have made us very aware that complying with these ordinances greatly influences what size and shape of structure can be placed on a particular building site. We offer our knowledge of these factors to assist in the design and placement of your vacation home.
Making the decision to update or add on to your existing home can be a very frightening move. After all, this is your home where you've enjoyed many special moments with family and has been a source of comfort through the years, not to mention, most likely, your greatest investment. Trusting someone to work on your home can be somewhat comparable to having faith in a physician working on a loved one.
We believe that just because your project is commercial in nature, it should not be a forgone conclusion that the quality of workmanship will be anything less than what is expected in residential construction.
