Last night one of my Garage door springs broke and my door was not able to operate. I called Legends Garage Door company the next morning and they were able to fix it for me on the same day I called. Jeff Morgan was my Technician and he was very knowledgeable. He showed me that I had multiple issues with my entire setup. He was able to fix it for me and now the door works better than before. After speaking with Melissa at the home show this summer we decided to use Legends for our garage door replacements. I damaged the rails earlier in the year and that made the decision to get the new doors we had talked about easier. Melissa came out at the appointed time did her measurements. When they informed me the door had arrived, I called and we agreed on a date for installation. When the day for installation came, they emailed a tracker app so you could see where the installer was. The installer phoned me when he was about 30 minutes out.
The installer was experienced, and knowledgeable and very professional. He really knew his stuff. He answered all the questions I had during the installation.

Legends have bailed us out a couple of times now. We've called them twice and every single time they get us an appt. almost immediately which is awesome especially when you're having garage door issues.
The first time they helped us out by replacing the coils. They came out again yesterday when out garage door decided on a whim it had better things to do than close. My apologies, but I cannot tec the name of the gentleman who had been out to our house on both occasions.
They got us an appt. ASAP and even showed up early to help us out! Very professional and extremely reasonably priced

I have used this company two times now and both experiences have been wonderful.
Today unfortunately I backed into the lower panel of my door as it was going up and bent the rail/knocked the door off, I was in a pinch and called late in the day but Jason was so helpful in finding a tech to come help me out.
Manny, the tech that showed up, was awesome! He was prompt, efficient, and personable. I was convinced I'd need a new door entirely but he did his best to repair what I had damaged.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I contacted them about my garage door for a ball park estimate for the cost of repairs. Based upon my description of the problem I was having they answered every question upfront prior to me scheduling an appointment. I needed to know if I was looking at a total replacement or just a repair of the garage door opener and the ensuing costs. I was satisfied to learn that if the repairs didn't work, and I needed a new opener, that I would be credited for the parts and it would be applied towards a new opener within 30 days of service

Dishonest people, They do not honor and stand by their work.
Our Garage door would not close, I called my home warranty company which was contracted with Legend Garage Door, The technician informed me that the work will not be under the home warranty and I have to pay $150 out of pocket for the repair. I asked if they give any warranty on their work and he said yes, 30 days. I told him to fix the door and paid him. That evening, the door will not close again, I called them to come back and they manager said there will be another $75 trip fees for them to come back and refused to honor the warranty

Everything about this experience felt great from start to finish. When the sales person initially came out for the estimate, she was professional, informative, patient with my pets vying for her attention lol, and was able to accommodate exactly what I wanted in terms of design. And the price was reasonable. Cut to the installation and before the technician arrived, I got a text letting me know he was on his way which included his photo. That might not seem super important, but in the past I've had a contractor hire guys off of Craigslist and leave them alone in my house where I work from

I contacted Legends Garage Doors based on previous reviews on Nextdoor. They answered promptly at 7:00 AM and proceeded to give me a reasonable quote and time of Appt. Cory came out, the same day, on time, and was very pleasant and explained the entire process. He was patient, and diligently completed the repairs (replacing springs) within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Legends Garage Doors for all your garage needs.

Manny & everyone at Legends was great. It's disappointing that the home warranty company wouldn't cover replacing the springs to my system. I was able to find the parts online that they wouldn't cover. This isn't an issue with Legends just the home warranty company I chose to use. If I need future repairs I'll go directly to Legends and avoid the home warranty company.
