They called on my event day, 10 minutes before arrival time, asking where to be and what time.. they arrived to my wedding 20 minutes late... While that was obviously problematic, the driver was very friendly, and they were very prompt on the take home. Would definitely check in to confirm day of if you plan to use them.

Used Connections as my daughters wedding shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn to Morning Glory Farm about 25 minutes away. They were easy to work with, on time, and very flexible when we had to change a bus size at the last minute. They had driven guests to this venue before so were helpful when planning bus sizes etc.
I was a little concerned for the day of the wedding pickup as my husband and I would already be at the venue getting ready if there were any issues, but according to other family, they were right on time. In fact, the 2nd bus waited for stragglers without any prompting from us. I

I recently used Connection services to provide transportation for our group of 8 people to and from the Charlotte Amtrak station. In each instance, we received complimentary attention, excellent courtesy and the utmost professionalism from the driver assigned to us. It was particularly gratifying to have had each driver arrive well before the scheduled pick-up time (10 minutes and 30 minutes respectfully). I will definitely call upon Connection services for any future trips that I may have.
