Epic Floor's install team just replaced my upstairs carpeting; four bedrooms, balcony and stairs. Beautiful job. They helped me move some of the larger pieces, were polite, on time, left the home spotless, and just generally very nice men. Price was perfect. Great experience all around. Highly recommend this company for your next flooring purchase.

I just cannot say enough good things about our experience with Epic floors. The showroom employee made a great suggestion, actually in a totally different direction than what we were originally thinking..and wow. we could not be happier with her suggestion.. This project was for my. mom's older home, and like many older homes the underlying surface had some challenges for the installers, and as a result I expected to have to pay some additional money to get the floor ready to for the new flooring...but they were true professionals, it was nothing they had not seen before, and they had that

Epic floors was fabulous from day one. They went above and beyond with my flooring project. Several trips to my home until I FINALLY chose my flooring. Installers were friendly, prompt, professional, and very CLEAN!!! Highly recommended Epic floors for hardwood flooring. I would also request Andy as your installer!! Super guy!!

We priced out a few contractors to replace our worn out old carpet on the second floor. When we met Tom we knew right away we found our guy. He clearly knows his floors having done it for 20+ years. Tom talked the talk and his crew walked the walk. They did a great job and Chelsey ensured that everything from the order, delivery, and install timed out perfectly. It is so hard to find contractors that act like guests in your home and leave the job site in better condition than when they arrived. We look forward to having Epic do our new master bath walk-in shower next!

We have done several flooring jobs with Epic (including the previous ownership). With Epic, we replaced our flooring now twice! Every time, we were met with professionalism and high quality service and work. Tom, the owner is very friendly, honest and fair. The two installers were great - hard working and friendly.
This time, Epic installed wood laminate flooring in our upstairs bedroom, hallway, stairs, and laundry room. We are very pleased with the results.
Being from Wauconda, we wanted to shop local. Epic did not disappoint, and I highly recommend. The store location has plenty of samples

I don't post reviews often, but I feel like Epic Floors did such a fantastic job on our hardwood floors, they deserve recognition! We had pre-finished hardwood flooring from Mirage installed on our entire 1st… floor. It looks amazing!! Tom and his crew were so easy to work with through the entire process. In the beginning, they never make us feel bad when we exchanged our samples about 100 times because I couldn't decide on a product or color. We shopped at 3 other places and Epic Floors gave us the best bang for our buck for sure!

We had Epic Floors come in and replace our engineered floors in our rental property, the water heater leaked as well as the toilet back in September. The owner Tom was aware of why we were replacing the floor and mentioned that if there was mold they would treat the areas. I specifically asked about trim work and how the installers would handle the trim. He replied, they are very careful and will replace in perfect condition. I will say the install was quick but shoty at best. The floors look good but all along the trim is a line where they box cut the molding off. This was due to the different

I want to take a minute to share my experience with Epic Flooring of Wauconda. I would recommend them to everyone. I will tell you all the things that made it pleasant and painless. I went to the store and was greeted by Heather who patiently went through samples and helped me pick out what I thought I would like. She also set up an appointment the very next day with Tom who came out and measured the floor and discussed the products with me. Gave me a quote right then.
