The TRF may need to be completed by Customer if further information is needed for USA to determine credit worthiness.

I was contacted by this company about two months ago in regards to them helping me run my job recruiting back office functions (payroll, workers comp insurance, etc...). They talked a big game and made me feel comfortable I was going to be in good hands with the tasks they were going to be taking over for me. Once I signed their contract it was all down hill from there. They consistently messed up my employees payroll and had ZERO idea of how workers comp actually functions. This caused me to lose employees who were upset over the constant weekly paycheck errors caused by USA Staffing and the Workers
