Petrichor Tile + Carpet Cleaning was originally created in 2008 by Joseph Torrez as Eco-Pro Carpet Care. Joseph had the desire to build a carpet cleaning service that was hassle free, affordable, clean, organized, deliver the best results, and produce the fastest dry times. Joseph had previous cleaning experience from when he was 12 years old and cleaned carpets with a portable machine for friends and family.
At 17 he created an auto detail service company called "Pride & Joy Auto Detail" located out of Tustin, CA. 10 years later Joseph would accept a job in the construction industry as a ready mix driver. During that time Joseph had developed a reputation to be known as having the absolute cleanest rig in the entire fleet & Inland Empire.

Don't bother calling anyone else.! The team at Petrichor are head and shoulders above any other carpet cleaner. I am a new customer and had both of my homes cleaned last week. From the time of booking to the time the service was completed, everyone was nice & amazing! My wife said that Joe was very nice and professional.
We will carefully apply our Petrichor Tile & Grout cleaner that safely dissolves the soils, grime, and residues attached to the grout. The bulk cleaning is completed in conjunction with 200 degree pressurized hot water, specialty tools, and truckmounted power extraction. Adding grout sealer or grout stain & color sealer to the work order is offered pending final results.
200 degree soft water steam rinse and extraction of the dirt, oils, and other foreign materials. Extra DRYING PASSES! "The faster the carpet dries, the happier the customer" is a part of the Petrichor philosophy. We then will schedule & send technician/s that are: respectful, honest, safe, efficient, and most importantly experts in the given task.

These guys are fabulous. We had them clean the carpets and upholstery today. The company called yesterday to verify our appointment, which was appreciated. They showed up right on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

These guys are AMAZING at bringing tile and grout back to it's original state. Our home has the standard white tile used in Sun Lakes for the kitchen, hallways and bath areas. It was so dirty I was embarrassed to have friends over. Petrichor did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. See for yourself!

Petrichor arrived on time for my appointment. They were respectful, wore mask, and shoe covers. My carpets were in rough shape due to 2 kids and 2 dogs..and now they look brand new. I used this company about 5 years ago and loved them back then and they continue to be a great family business to support. I will be booking them for my dryer vent cleaning next.

We recently had our carpet and tile floors cleaned by Joe & Joe Jr. A very professional job from start to finish. Michelle keep us informed of their arrival time and provided us with quotes and final receipts in a timely fashion. They were very careful in protecting our home from damage and made the process easy from beginning to end. They made sure the job met are expectations. You will have to move any furniture to prepare the area for cleaning. Carpet looks great and our tile floors look like new after being installed 18 years ago. Very pleased and will definitely use them in the future!!

Well I think this company worked a modern day miracle! The very light colored carpets in the house built in 2005 that we just purchased had never been cleaned, ever. Skeptical me thought there wasn't much hope for them. Was I wrong (sorry to doubt you Joe). They are looking bright and clean and stains are gone! On top of that Joe and crew cleaned a huge area rug under my formal dining room table then flipped it over for me and applied the tape that keeps rugs from bunching up and then put the rug back in place and put that heavy old table back. What a help!!!

We've used the company twice for our office building out in Beaumont. The first time EcoPro cleaned and repaired our carpet in Beaumont after a tenant moved out. We used them again to help remove dust and allergens from the carpet. The group
