Patti Williams CPA, pllc was established in 2015 with the goal of providing high-quality tax and bookkeeping services. I have been a CPA for over 35 years and have experience in tax, financial accounting and auditing. At this time, I am unable to accept new clients. My career began at a Big 4 accounting firm where I spent 5 years in audit.
I value the relationships with my tax clients that allows me to provide high-quality income tax compliance services. I help clients to calculate tax liabilities and to prepare and to submit tax returns in a timely manner. I take a proactive approach to tax services. I will prepare tax projections based on various scenarios to formulate strategies that can be implemented to minimize both current and future tax liabilities.

Patti made my tax preparation and filing very easy for me, and I learned a lot that will help both me and my small business. She asked a lot of really good questions and brought up business accounting issues, that I wasn't aware of.
I appreciated her taking the time to explain complicated accounting and tax issues, in a way that made sense to me. She also listened and heard when I said that I was concerned about saving for retirement, and came up with options that would work for me.

I had quite a tax problem after I moved here to WA from out of state. After spending quite a bit of money in tax preparation fees from a well known franchise tax preparer, I was told I owed over $10K in 2016 state taxes for my home state. I met with Patti who worked tirelessly to understand my previous state law, found considerable issues with my 2016 tax return, and filed an amended tax return. She then worked directly with my previous state officials on my behalf. Her work was outstanding and complete enough that the state officials not only accepted the amended return, but included a refund
