Shockingly bad service. Trying to get hold of anyone at customer service is near impossible. I waited all day for my delivery which just didn't turn up. Finally managed to contact the courier directly who said they never received my order and went on to show me that Portabello deleted all record of my order from the courier's system on 7 November, despite arranging delivery for the 10th.

This company make beautiful furniture. But don't buy directly from them, go through another company. I am sitting here on a hard chair with no furniture!
My furniture came in February and it was beautiful but it didn't fit into my flat. It had to be taken back. That was February, we are now in April and the furniture has gone missing! They won't refund me! I have rang multiple times, and in the dozens upon dozens of phone calls, other than 2, the rest was sent to voice mail. I've left so many voice mails, and not one has answered!
And don't get me started on emails! My
