I am extremely passionate about skin and skin care routines. I LOVE performing facials; connecting with my clients, helping them establish proper skin care routines, and watching their skin transform. I especially enjoy helping teens and others struggling with acne as well. My husband and I have lived in Dripping Springs for 16 years and our three children have had the pleasure of growing up here all their lives.
Because we love where we live, it was not hard to decide to open my spa right here at home. I truly believe that with proper care of our skin, body and mind, our skin can look its best, no matter our age! I'd love to have the opportunity to share my passion with you.

Microneedling $175 *My FAVORITE and most recommended service!* Widely known as 'Collagen Induction Therapy', this procedure is designed specifically to invoke the healing response in your skin by causing micro trauma in a targeted way. The controlled needling into your epidermis stimulates the healing response in your skin which results in increased collagen and elastin formation.
I dislike the word 'peel' for this procedure even though that is the technical definition. However, this is not a traditional 'self-activating' peel, meaning it causes very little to no-peeling of the skin. It's a favorite of mine because it can be used in conjunction with a facial as opposed to self-activating peels that must be administered alone.
My philosophy on teenage skin care is the earlier the better! I believe educating teens about their skin and at-home skin care routine will set them up for long-term success with healthy skin. I have two different facial treatments designed for teenagers; the Young Adult Facial and Acne Fighting Facial.

I can not speak highly enough of Marcie and her beautiful spa. I have had several microneedling sessions with her and am so happy with my results. My pores are visibly smaller, the texture of my skin is so smooth and I have also noticed a reduction in my fine lines and wrinkles. Marcie is very professional and answered all of my questions and put she put my worries to ease. Highly recommended!

It’s so nice to find someone who offers such wonderful services in a peaceful, pleasant setting! You immediately relax with her beautiful space in the hill country. Marcie is so approachable with your skin care questions! I have had facials, eyebrow, and eye lash treatments that love so much I can’t wait to go back! She is also great w kids and skin care. Educating, but not overwhelming them w ways to manage their changing skin. Love her!!

The best facials I have ever experienced. Marcie's salon is lovely and she has a very gentle touch, even when doing extractions! I've had the dermabrasion treatment among others which left my skin glowing and smooth. Marcie has also transformed my eyebrows, which you could hardly see before. What a difference. My teenage daughter also loves her having her "spa time" with Marcie. She is professional, knowledgable and accommodating to all your needs. Can't wait for my next treatment!

I can't say enough about my experience at Marcie Cochran Skin Care! Microneedling...dermaplaning...eyelashing tinting..relaxing facials - I've done them all! My favorite by far is microneedling, and Marcie makes the whole experience so comfortable and painfree. I love how she follows up with me after my treatments to make sure I'm getting them most out of them.
