Baker Hill Dental

They were nice enough, I didn't get the chance to have my wisdom teeth removed even though I did set up an appointment with them. They called the day of telling me that I needed to reschedule my appointment for a day a week or so from now on a day that I work. I made changes to my work schedule to be able to come in in the first place, and I can't do that again. Very unprofessional on their end.

I always come here when I’m home on breaks from college. The atmosphere is nice and it’s always clean & well maintained. Claire and Ashley do an amazing job running the office. They’re both super kind, helpful, and accommodating when scheduling my appointments given I’m only home for short periods of time.

The front desk staff here is great! They are super organized and stay on top of reminding me when I need my 6 month cleaning. I talked to Claire on the phone and she was very patient in finding me an appointment that fits my busy schedule.

I walked in one day with some pretty bad tooth pain. The receptionist, Claire, was very kind and understanding and was able to squeeze me in on the same day. I will definitely be coming here for my future dental needs.

I've been searching for a dentist that isn't only concerned with how much money I have. From the time I made the appointment with Ashley to being seen by Dr Ahmed, it was a true 5 star experience. Kind people who explained all options and helped me phase out my treatment so I can afford it. Thank you Baker Hill !

Let me first start out by saying I am not one to write reviews and it took me a week to actually do this. My sister went in last week because she was having severe pain, this pain has been going on for some time. I told her to go to the emergency room, but she decided to go see the dentist at Baker Hill instead. As soon as she was seated she had bad vibes, she waited for a long time before the dentist came in to see her. Once she was seen the first thing the Dr said was that she was leaving the practice. This was before she even looked at my sister. She left the room and went to talk to her staff

About four months ago I went to get my teeth checked and cleaned at Baker Hill Dental. After examining me, the dentist told me I had periodontal disease, and that i would need a "deep cleaning" that would normally cost around $300.00 for each quadrant of my mouth (amounting to $1200!!!). I was warned of the grave dangers of not having this "deep cleaning" done, and was told that given the diagnosis they had given me, it would be "illegal" for them just to do a regular cleaning. Then they sent somebody in to tell me that because I was such an "awesome" patient, they would reduce the price to a mere

Where do I start? When they took X-rays of my teeth, the dentist never looked at it, she only discovered I had a cracked filling when she was cleaning it and then proceeded to tell me I had a cracked filling and needed a root canal. She never finished cleaning my teeth and went to the next patient. I went to another dentist, he stated that I just need to get it filled. The front desk people were nice at least.

Ive been going there since the place opened up many years ago. The staff is great and really thorough with explaining everything. Dr. Q, Yusuf, and Ashley are very professional and there to help resolve and create a since of preventative care and that means a lot to me. I definitely recommend Baker Hill Dental to anyone looking for a dental clinic. 🖐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would avoid this place. I was told I had a cracked tooth and would need a crown for around $1K. They also tried to pressure me on other procedures which at that point I felt like they were just trying to get as much money out of me and my insurance as they possibly could. Like some of the other reviewers I decided to get a second opinion and low and behold, no cracked tooth.

I had been with my dentist almost 20 years until he recently retired. I was anxious to be at a new office. From the time I checked in, a young lady named Ashley greeted me with warmth and confidence. Such a relief... I was in a lot of pain at the time. The staff were compassionate and knowledgeable. My procedure went off with no issues and minimal discomfort. Thank you for helping me out as a person and not just a patient.

I had a very bad experience today with Dr. Marta (she didn't want to say her last name) when I brought my boys to their appointment. Their appointment was at 9am and we were there on time. When I saw it was 9:15 I asked the receptionist if there were more patients ahead of us and she said no that we were the first patients of the morning. I asked her if they were going to be called soon because we had another appointment that day and she said yes that they were just waiting for the doctor. The dentist came in around 9:20. When they called them in, they were going to take x-rays and I said no cause

Cleaning was done sloppily (they refused to give refund). Also, I was told I need 3 fillings. Went for a second opinion & to get a proper cleaning. Found out at this moment I don't need fillings suggested by dr.Reem. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

The front desk staff was polite, but did not have a good experience with my tooth repair.

Just left the center great facility the doctors and assistants are always friendly and inviting and always help me in a timely fashion 5 stars for sure! -Alana

I'm super disappointed with my last visit. I went in 2 months ago and was told i had 6 cavities that needed to be fixed. I was shocked because i've been very consistent with getting my teeth checked so I went to get a second opinion at a different dentist. To my surprise the other dentist told me I had NO CAVITIES just some discoloration and staining!! Everyone please be aware and get a second opinion if something seems off. I don't understand how this place hasn't been shut down ?!?

If I could give zero stars I seriously would. I had a horrible experience here. First off, the female dentist was very rude to me. She should not work with people because she is not friendly AT ALL. Also, they over charged me for my service and I received a letter in the mail about how they owe me money. However, when I called to ask about the money they owe they pretended not to know what I was talking about. Nancy will find a way for you to afford financing or payments to enable one to get the teeth they want & deserve.
Elizabeth is an expert dental hygienist & assistant to DDS with a great skill set to prep for crowns & make temporary teeth until permanent crowns are processed through the lab.

I was very pleased with the care given to me by Dr. Muran and his dental assistant, it had been a while since I had been to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable, so I will definitely be back for my next treatment. I highly recommend this dental clinic . Jackie the receptionist was also very helpful.

Frauds! Called specifically for root canal on a molar...tooth #3 as had been diagnosed by my general dentist. Drove 40 miles and I was seen by a general dentis who doesn't do root canals! So drag me in under FALSE pretenses in order to bill and waste my time and gas while I'm in pain. Horrid and shameful practices!
Also, BTW place was deserted of any other patients...I wonder why!

Took to long to see me. Dr. seemed to not take into account that the procedure was uncomfortable for me and I even coughed during the cleaning bc of how much water he was putting in my mouth. Discrepancy between what I was told I would pay and what I actually paid. No full receipt of appointment. At least my teeth are clean.

I went to Baker Hill Dental and was very happy with the service I received. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Syed was very informative. I expressed my concerns as I am very nervous when going to the dentist and Dr. Syed allayed all my fears. I didn't feel a thing!! I would highly recommend going to this Dental facility you wont be sorry you did.

Ummm let's see. They still owe us an overpayment from 2012, I've emailed, called, left several voicemails.... I guess dishonesty is the policy. Also just called for a emergency service and the "awesome receptionist" was extremely unhelpful (so that hasn't changed). Also did I tell you Dr. Saaad filled a tooth that didn't need to be? Even after I told him. NOT to? Money money money is the name of the game. Last but not least got a consult for dentures and do you know they charge you for every piece not the full tooth with screws etc...

Great experience! I was referred here by a regular dentist for a root canal. Anytime that you fall asleep during a root canal with no anesthesia you know you're relaxed and in good hands. Very pleasant, professional and courteous! I'll be bringing the family here.
