Ron has been with our practice since 1996. He received his training in the US Army and attended the Academy of Health Sciences at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, where he was trained as an Eye Specialist. Ron is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. He is married and has four children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and riding ATVs.
He attended Idaho State University, studying biology before transferring to Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where he completed his bachelor of visual science degree. He then completed his doctorate degree in optometry at Pacific University's College of Optometry as a member of the Optometric Honor Society, Beta Sigma Kappa.

A blepharoplasty (commonly called a lid lift) is a surgery to repair droopy eyelids. It involves removing excess skin and fat from the upper or lower eyelids to restore a more anatomic and youthful appearance. As we age, our skin loses some of its tone and starts to sag. This also can cause fat pockets around the eyes to become more prominent.

We Love Dr Jensen!He is always willing to make time to see our family, when we come from out of town. The dedication that he puts into making sure the visit is comfortable for our younger children is worth the drive to see him. I took my teenage boys, ages 13 & 16, to Dr. Jensen. Dr. Jensen is a great doctor! He is very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He did a thorough examination, and explained everything to my boys and me. My younger son had to get his first pair of glasses, and my older son wanted to get contacts for the first time. Dr. Jensen took the time to answer all our questions and to make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend him!
