If you're looking for a place that Physically adjusts you. This is not the place. They use a gun to move the bones muscles back into place. I went in there thinking I'll get relief from what feels like my neck is crunched up, and compressed. I think I'm in more pain than I was before walking in to the facility.
Yes I was looking for that quick release feeling, and the satisfaction of hearing and feeling my bones "crack" this place you will not get that.
I left pretty disappointed, and pain still unresolved. Waste of $60 in my book.

Paid $60 because they couldn't check our insurance Because it was the weekend although we sent the information prior to the appointment. We went in because my boyfriend was having a pinched nerve and having numbness in his hands. The "doctor" diagnosed him without any x-rays or medical research as a thoracic outlet syndrome which is a rare syndrome.. look it up. His procedure was "move the bones" with a vibrating gun and put him in a chair with a tens unit on. They said I can get my money back on Tuesday after they run the insurance to see if we were covered. Waste of

I've been coming to see Dr Chism for about 4 years now. Her treatment has been a real boon to my aching back, neck and shoulders! I love that she doesn't use the snap, crackle and pop method. The activator she uses moves everything into the correct place without pain and possible injury.
Dr. Chism and her staff are all incrediby friendly and helpful as well as showing genuine care for their patients. I certainly recommend this Clinic!

I've been looking for a new chiropractor. Dr.Chism is on our insurance list. The office is a small office next to Safeway. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chrism used a Activator device that puts your back into place. I've never been adjusted this way and was pretty uncertain it would help. But it worked!!! My back, neck, lower back and she even adjusted my hands!!

Dr. Chism listens to your concerns, asks pointed questions so she can understand how best to speed your healing. She is courteous, professional and uses 'state-of-the-art' technology. The visits are short. When talking with Dr. Chism she gives you her full attention. I highly recommend her as your chiropractor.

I had never been to a chiropractor until now. It was suggested to me. After reading more into it and Dr. Chism I decided to stop in for a consultation. The short video they had me watch as a new patient was informative and helpful in making me feel comfortable in my visit. Dr. Chism was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of during my… visit and questions answered. She took my chiropractor fears away when she found several places of my spine that needed attention from chronic ongoing nagging low back pain and adjusted them with the activator tool. I had a good first visit.

They have really good appointment availability for massage. Also, very reasonable prices for massage. Although I didn't see the Dr., I saw Susan for a massage and she is very good at what she does. Not only does she massage, she gives you stretching exercises to do at home and also did some stretching with me during the massage. She is very good at what she does.

My experience was the same as the first review. The front office only seemed to care about whether or not my pain was from a car accident and how they could maximize their billing. The treatment itself was also not effective and I never felt any change from their service. Again, they mostly just wanted to maximize how much they could get from me and from the insurance carriers.

I don't know. I mean... I just don't know. Two staff members asked me three separate times if my back pain was related to a car accident. I went in there with an open mind and one of the "doctors" I saw didn't even read my chart before making observations about my situation. I just don't know what to think about it. No massage, just some poking me with a metal stick called an "activator" and electrical stimulation (???) to my shoulders... did I mention to them that the pain is in my lower back? Oh, that's right, I mentioned it a few times...
