Northside goes above and beyond for the kids and the parents. Our kids have learned so much from them. It makes a huge difference to have a daycare that truly cares about the children and their learning. Niki is the best director anyone could ask for! My son has been going here for over 6 months. I have always liked it, but since Nikki has taken over it has been fabulous!
No matter the age of your child, we have a specialized program that is tailored to their current level and designed to help them master tasks and abilities for that age range and then progress into the future!. For our youngest learners, this program is dedicated to building a bond of trust and respect with your baby.
We utilize the Experience Early Learning System, a research-based program that nurtures the whole child in all areas of development: social-emotional, physical, language and cognitive. The curriculum uniquely weaves 33 key skills into playful games and hands-on projects. Children explore the world through carefully designed thematic investigations.
Our first priority is building a strong bond of love with each baby that is entrusted in our care. We devote much of the day to holding, cuddling and playing with each child so they feel loved and mentally stimulated. Each day is about exploring the new world around them with colorful books, educational toys and fun activities.

We absolutely love this daycare! Our daughter is 4 and has been going here since she was 12 weeks old. Our son is 4 months old and attends as well. The teachers and staff have become like family to us over the years. It is clear that they really love our kids. I have no worries whatsoever and I know they are in great hands no matter who is caring for them. All the teachers and staff are absolutely amazing and we are so grateful for them and all they do!

If you want a childcare facility that takes the time to talk to you, love on your baby, and seem genuinely happy to be with your child, this is your place. We were at a previous faculty that had all the bells and whistles, but felt our child was in danger daily with people they hired. It was a breath of fresh air coming to Launchpad. It is such a stressful decision as to where to put your child when they are not with you, but my stress was gone knowing he was at Launchpad. Love this place!

I love this childcare, they treat my baby so good and she’s always well taken care of I don’t have to worry about anything when she’s there. Love Ms Lori and Ms Blanche in the baby room there very sweet,patient and understanding of the babies . The director Emily Walker is amazing I can go to her and address any minimal issue or concern and she’ll… immediately address any concerns . The rest of the staff is also great when I see them in the hallways or covering any other room, I myself have worked in childcare before and can certainly tell a good daycare vs a bad

We have had a wonderful experience with this location since our daughter started last year. Teachers are very friendly and welcoming. We haven’t had any issues. If we do they are very quick to address any concerns and I love hearing about her day and the smile on her face at pickup time. :) very happy we chose this daycare.

We love this daycare/preschool. Curriculum is wonderful and is Christian-based, which our family appreciates. The teachers are fantastic. Miss Shannon and Miss Taylor have been amazing for our daughter, who suffered some pretty severe separation anxiety when she first started (it was a big change for her coming from an in-home daycare). Other teachers in other classrooms know our daughter as well and greet her every morning. I couldn't ask for a better place.

I meant to leave this review sooner. My son was at another location owned by the same owners, launchpad Siegel for about 8 months. We absolutely loved it, as did our two year old. One morning we came into a facility of crying teachers (a staff that we adored). They were notified that morning as we dropped our son off that their branch was closing… their doors the next day. We waited the entire day to hear the fate of our teachers and we were also in fear for our childcare. Finally, at the end of the day the owners released a video confirming the closure, still providing no true explanation

I came to this school after a horrible experience at another. I was told my child had behavior problems and I didn't know how long he would last at Launch Pad. After being at Launch Pad 1 week I was told he was a typical 3 year old and his behavior was because of his speech delay. I cried because I was so relieved because I was led to believe he was just bad. His speech has come a long way in less than a year the kids and teachers help him. He loves his teachers and so do I. Launch Pad is a God send!

My son loves his teachers and I am glad that we chose LaunchPad. Ms. Emily and her staff have all been so kind and understanding with us. Melissa and Crista are my favorite of course 😌 you both have made it easy for my son to warm up to you guys and have kept me updated with this being the first daycare he’s been apart of.

We love this daycare! Our little girl learns so much there and always has so much fun! She amazes me almost daily by how much she's learned there. Her teachers in the Big Dippers classroom are so wonderful too! Ms. Amber will send me pictures and they are always in contact with me anytime anything happens. I've been very impressed with their… protocol when dealing with difficult issues such as biting or sickness. They are always on top of things and take necessary steps to make sure all kids are safe and well cared for! Her teachers are so sweet too and I can really tell they care so much

This was the best move yet for my toddler! She loves going to see her “friends” everyday. The new management has been a breath of fresh air along with new staff. The center has a home like feeling when you walk in. Everyone is really friendly and works as a team. I am glad I chose to pull her out of her previous daycare to be moved to this one. I look forward to watching her grow up in this center! Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed.

I have become very dissatisfied with this daycare. My daughter has been going there for a little over a year and we have occasionally had small problems here and there but the final straw was when I got a text message from her teacher apologizing to me for my daughter picking paint off of a wall. At first I was very confused why she was apologizing when it was my daughter that was the one that created an area where she removed paint. We absolutely love this place! This is the first and only childcare center that my daughter has been too. We’ve been here for almost a year now and all I can say is WOW! The staff is very open, friendly and family oriented. I tend to spend more time in the classroom due to the open time in my schedule and the teachers have always remained professional and loving to the children in every aspect! Ms.Shannon & Ms. Kelsey are amazing at what they do. Everyone there truly loves our children like their very own. Ms. Lauren has also been very understanding when times are needed and has helped my daughter

We love Barfield Academy! My daughter is in he Pre-k class and has excelled tremendously!!! I have no doubts when it comes to her starting kindergarten. She is definitely ready and that is all thanks to Barfield! The staff is very friendly and we absolutely love her teacher, Ms. Kristy! Management is always kind and welcoming! Great communication and recommend you give them a visit! We definitely will miss Barfield once we leave for kindergarten!
