Bri is absolutely AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! This was my first time at Renew Day Spa, but not my last. Bri did such an amazing job with the Swedish massage!!! I booked a surprise appointment for my friend and I and we were not satisfied at all . First the adds on and pricing which I discussed on the phone we’re not what I got and/or was quoted for so I was unhappy about that . Second,during my massage I overheard the people in the next room over talking the entire hour, my bed warmer was never turned on and then when finished I felt like the therapist was very “short”. My friend (who first ever getting a massage) says her therapist talked the entire massage even after she suggested she wanted to relax .

Incredibly impressed with the staff and facility at Renew Day Spa. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating when I made a scheduling error. We were greeted politely and welcomed into a private room to put on robes and sandals. And then waiting on our massages in a relaxing room with massage chairs, accompanied by champagne and chocolate. Our massages were incredible and they took some extra time with us. We will certainly be returning!

Danielle and her staff are amazing. I’ve been here twice now and can not wait for my next appointment. I got a message from Bri a few weeks ago that was wonderful. And I’ve had the salt glow treatment and seaweed wrap from Danielle. Hands down one of my new favorite weekend escapes for me.

The receptionist was inviting as soon as we walked in, made us comfortable, explained the process, showed us where to go. While waiting for our services in the waiting lounge a staff member offered us tea and changed the temp in the room because it was a little cold. Facials were great. My friend and I had 2 separate women and they were both kind and informative. Will not return. Recently went for underarm waxing. I have been waxed a lot in the past and this was not a good experience. First, I came in early as requested to fill out paperwork. I was sat out front in the tiny lobby (usually spas have nicer areas to wait for . The small table they had in lobby was stacked high with paperwork that had people's private information on it for anyone to view. Then 17 minutes after my real appointment time I was finally taken back. The room was small and unorganized. As far as the waxing itself, not good. It was the most painful waxing I'd ever had! I have just moved to the area and was looking for a massage therapist to help with an old injury. I found Christina through Renew Day Spa and I have been far from disappointed! The spa itself is beautiful, tranquil and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. And Christina is simply amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable on the musculoskeletal systems which is evident in her work. I have been to many massage therapists but Christina is by far the best for deep-tissue massage! I would highly recommend her to anyone that is suffering from injuries as she aims to fix. Christina is truly a gifted

I've been to Renew Day Spa many times. I always see Danielle, the owner, for waxing. I started taking my daughter to her as well. Today we both had an appointment. My daughter was first to get her brows waxed and I was standing at the end of the table waiting for my turn. I watched as Danielle loaded the wax stick up with wax, but she got too much on the stick. She wasn't holding her hand under the stick and instead of going around the top of my daughters head she chose to maneuver over her face. It was a jerky movement with too much hot wax on the stick and the hot wax fell into my daughter

I set a surprise appointment for my wife and one of her daughters for my wife's birthday. They made everything super easy and really gave a great experience for both of them. I had a mishap in the plans I had made for my wife's special day and needed renew days spas help at the last minute to make sure the surprise I had in store for my wife didn't get blown.
